"The moment I stepped in to this hotel I received a warm welcome, the staff on reception helpful & friendly. The room was on the ground floor and was spotless,we checked the prices if we had wanted room service and were surprised they were very reasonable. On the doorstep of the hotel is the Tourist Information Centre and another good experience we were given a free map of the city and some helpful directions and spent a great afternoon exploring Perth. In the evening we returned to the hotel and I enjoyed the best Cafe Latte I have ever had. Well done to a great team. "

"I was very pleased with my short stay at the Holiday Inn Express Perth and would recommend it to anyone doing a short stay and wanting easy freeway access to/from Perth. The only complaint that I had was that the car park entrance was difficult to find, even if the hotel was not, and that was because cars need to drive through the parking lot of a restaurant next door in order to reach the hotel car park. WiFi worked without problems and breakfast was suitable for a hotel of this class."

"Overall, we had a wonderful time! We picked Perth because it is central to both Edinburgh and St. Andrews. Great breakfast in the morning (though oatmeal for vegans would be nice). We had a few cocktails in the bar in the evening, which was great. We did not eat dinner since there were no vegan choices. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, the park, and the river. Quiet as well! Get a room overlooking the river. Only a few minor complaints. 1 - Room was HOT with no AC or fan. 2 - Spotty Wifi depending on where you were in the building. 3 - Parking was a bit limited, though there is free street parking overnight. Overall, we would recommend and stay again!"
