"The only con was that I booked this place primarily for the pool and it was closed for remodeling the week I stayed here, and didn’t find out until I was checking in. Other than that, this hotel was super cute. I loved the decor and the room. The restaurant/bar Tranquilo downstairs serves delicious food and margaritas, and has great ambience. I will stay here every time I stay in Phoenix!"

"It was my first time ever booking a room in a different state as an adult and using agoda was simple. I have nothing else to compare it to, but they made it easy for me to book our room at 3 Palms. Everyone on staff was very friendly: the front desk (especially Krista); the maids; and the people that came to the pool to remind you they were closing it for the day. The parking lot never overflowed, which almost always made it convenient for us to park near our room. The location of the hotel seemed to be perfect for us. We were far enough from “city life” to decompress, but close enough to convenient stores and restaurants for us to drive to at any time of the day. Being in Scottsdale made for a beautiful drive/walk anywhere. I can’t think of anything else to say about 3 Palms... we had a wonderful time and nothing went terribly wrong! Thank you to agoda.com and 3 Palms for helping us have a successful anniversary trip!"

"This Super 8 was the closest and cheapest motel we could find to a mechanic's shop where our van was being repaired over 2 days (we were passing through), and it was a nice respite from the heatwave weather. The staff were generally very nice (all three of you!), and the basics were covered: included breakfast, 2 queen beds, TV, air con, shower (with hair dryer), fridge, microwave, and a desk. On the facilities side, things could be improved: - Flooring was cheap material, saw several dings or uneven spots. - Some furniture had significant dents - TV could be more up to date, or more securely mounted - Pool side room was noisy (not from pool, but people parked nearby in the lot) Lastly I would suggest loosening the early or late check out policy, to be more customer friendly. Any early or late check in/out costs a significant fee, which isn't very friendly, and feels penalizing or a nickel and diming of the customer. "

"We stayed for 2 separate nights whilst flying in and out of Phoenix. Both times check was pretty slow and I cannot understand why this is? Hey ho got there in the end. This motel is pretty much a truckers stop with a few locals and of course stop overs. It does what it says on the tin. If you enjoy luxury then it's probably not the place for you. We saw a great local jam band that play on a Wednesday evening called Boomer so that was the icing on the cake for us having been visiting the wonders of the world and family. Good Managers and all friendly."

"I have stayed here multiple times when traveling through Phoenix and found it to be a good value. The rooms are clean, although they feel a bit sterile from the lighting, but well laid out. For a traveler coming through and needing certain proximity to the airport without being right there it is great. Not posing itself as a luxury hotel, but comfortable to stay at. Having wireless, microwaves, fridges, and good hot water with good pressure is important to me. They use dispenser soaps/shampoos etc in the bathrooms and showers which I appreciate to cut down on waste etc. Fresh cookies in the lobby, breakfast, laundry, and fitness area helps this rating. From a personal standpoint, I wish they felt a bit more warm but nothing I would complain about. The price (online) was good as well."
