Phoenix (AZ) hotels & accommodations
Nice hotel! With a great Waterpark. The hotel is huge with a confusing layout. Took a while to get our bearings and how best to get to room, car, pools, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and the waterpark was great. Dont plan on bringing your own drinks to the park. You need to buy drinks from the bar (no big deal.) My 5 year old was bummed he was not tall enough ...
Lovely nomadic atmosphere, great looking trees, structure and ambiance. Only improvement will be a shuttle service availability from Phoenix International Airport for guests!
The Talking Stick resort has a lot going for it, including 5 restaurants, nice pool areas, a large parking garage, and a very good high-end restaurant with good food and an amazing view. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well designed. And the resort is located near a major highway that gives access to anywhere you want to go in Phoenix/ Scottsdale. Gambling an...
This is a lovely hotel. The grounds are beautiful and there are 10 pools, so it great to just hang out. We stayed Father's Day weekend. My only complaint was that when we got in the pools early Sunday AM, I found clear plastic cups that the hotel had in the area for drinking water. It made me question whether the pools had been cleaned given the # I found. The plast...
The only con was that I booked this place primarily for the pool and it was closed for remodeling the week I stayed here, and didn’t find out until I was checking in. Other than that, this hotel was super cute. I loved the decor and the room. The restaurant/bar Tranquilo downstairs serves delicious food and margaritas, and has great ambience. I will stay here every ti...
We recently stayed at the Omni at Montelucia the second week on March. Not knowing anything about the Pheonix/Scottsdale area, I researched dozens of properties looking for a property that would work well for our family (2 adults, 9 yo, 7 yo). There are a lot to choose from but because of the deal on the Omni, we ended up going with it. We are so happy we did! The...
We booked this room because our daughter had a liver transplant and we needed to be close to hospital after her release. Unfortunately she wasn't released but it was too late to cancel. So my husband stayed most nights and I one night. The room was a 2 room king suite. I thought the couch was a hideabed but when we removed cushions all we found was popcorn. Other...
This resort is in a great location in Scottsdale, AZ. Newly renovated but still lacking some things. In our 1st room, the garbage bins was still full with garbage from previous guest and the used bath-rob in the closet was tangled into a ball of the floor. The 2nd room was missing some towels. All rooms have only one small desk chair, and one luggage stool which is not...
I have stayed here multiple times when traveling through Phoenix and found it to be a good value. The rooms are clean, although they feel a bit sterile from the lighting, but well laid out. For a traveler coming through and needing certain proximity to the airport without being right there it is great. Not posing itself as a luxury hotel, but comfortable to stay at....
This is the best value in Scottsdale. Easy and fast check-in. Driven in a golf cart to our room. Rooms was spacious and clean. Loved having courtesy van giving us rides. The grounds are beautiful!
Location is perfect, but rooms are terrible. Old, tired with low ceilings. You get one window that looks out onto the hallway. Useless as the window is, you cannot use it unless you want hallway people gawking into your room. We had a king room and were extremely disappointed at what we got for the money. Room looked like something you'd get at a much lower class ...
beautiful room with a gorgeous view If you need to stay near the airport this is A great place to stay
Loved this hotel!! The Hotel Valley Ho is situated perfectly for walking access to the best restaurants, galleries, and museums. But why leave? The atmosphere at the hotel--an iconic mid-century gem that sparkles with sunshine and cleanliness--is inviting. Open the vast sliding glass doors and step out onto your private patio or balcony and enjoy the breeze from a spra...
My favorite hotel in Phoenix
Very Nice Hotel, they give chocolate cookie which is very good, the room and parking lot are comfortable...the only minus is only the parking lot are quite dark at night...but overall it is a very nice hotel
This hotel was conveniently located to the airport which is what I needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable! I liked everything about this hotel and will be booking it for my next stay. In fact, I will be looking for Best Western whenever I travel now.
Very pleased with king bedroom; clean, nice decor and furnishings, comfortable bed and bedding, spacious bathroom, good breakfast with many choices and hot foods, convenient parking and easy access to freeway. Close to shopping, dining, entertainment. Would stay again.
Our visit started very poorly, but wound up ok. Key cards were not properly programmed, had to go back to desk and have new cards programmed. Wifi did not work, even after trying the desk (and IT) multiple times. No joy on day 1, but the wifi was back on day 2 and remained for our stay (5 d). Morning of 2nd day, there was no hot water in the shower/bathroom. Also, ...
We paid about $45 for one night. Room was very big with lots of space. However we got there it was hot. Not like AC unit just on 72/75. Like AC off until you turn it on. Then took hours to cool down the room. Staff was not the most friendliest, but hey they got the job done. Overall it was just a solid night.
You realize quickly the hotels around you have a lot more going on. If you plan to be out and about then this is the best place to stay. Location is excellent and staff were very friendly! Sound in front rooms could be challenging with the club and hotel adjacent are busy until the early morning.
Although my stay this time was only overnight, I have stayed here previously and can highly recommend this Hotel. It is in an excellent situation and within easy reach of Scottsdale Old Town, Fashion Square, and the Phoenix/Scottsdale Metro Area. Although the Hotel offers breakfast and has a bar service it is in easy reach of the many restaurants in the area. The s...
Stayed in two different Casita King rooms on two separate nights. Both rooms were clean and very large. More like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Staff was very helpful. Subtracted one star on cleanliness due to old furniture and appliances stored in the tennis court out back. Really not a big issue since you only see it from the parking lot or if you peak out th...
We love the Boulders. Best value for the money. Great couples place. Wonderful golf course. Rooms show a bit wear but not bad. Sliding doors to outside don’t slide well.....all tree years of stats. Some tiles/rocks in floors ate loose (every visit). Best to stay on Casita without room above you. Sometimes a bit noisy. Great food and service. Fantastic golf b...
Booked a King standard room for our 10 year Anniversary. During check-in they mentioned our room was upgraded to a King Suite at no additional cost. The room was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was in the middle of nowhere but that was a good thing when we wanted alone time. Casino was just down the hall from our room. Can't wait to book another...
Ive stayed a few times....I would say it is an at home atmosphere. The staff is very helpful if you need anything. The breakfast is not great unless you are just interested in coffee, fruit, boxed cereal...oh, they do have a waffle maker. Its not the "regular" morning breakfast you might find elsewhere. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
Still haven’t gotten my Hilton Honors Points. Do you know if I will get them?
The staff were wonderful, the rooms and facilities were great. It was my wife's birthday and everyone went out of their way to make sure it was memorable. Management sent a bottle of wine with a card signed by the staff to our room. We never left the hotel since everything we needed was available at the resort. The restaurant and bar had great food and drink specials...
We stayed here for 2 nights. We came in very late the first night and got a king bed suite despite having reserved a 2 queen bed suite. The gal at the front desk was super accommodating though and told me to check in with her the next morning to see if a 2 queen bed suite became available. Well there was no need to follow up with her because she called me and let me...
Our stay was great. We loved being able to walk throughout the shady resort with our little ones. There were 8 pools throughout the resort and we loved that. At one point we had a pool to ourselves for the evening. The rooms were clean except for a huge yellow stain on the cloth headboard and on the cloth on the chair in the room. Parking was also horrible but I think ...
The room was very clean and spacious however, difficult for my handicapped mother. I had to threaten to go somewhere else at check-in when they advised no ground floor units were available. I had made a request for handicapped access with my reservation and followed up with a phone call the week before our stay. It seems there are no handicap access rooms and the fa...
Cheap places to stay in Phoenix (AZ)
This is not a hip hotel. It's plain, but cheap. Don't expect much as far as amenities, but if you don't need a pool, gym, or spa, this will do. If you're in Scottsdale and hanging out at the hotel - well - that just kind of explains itself. The staff are friendly and facilitating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. No major issues. I've stayed here dozens of tim...

Nothing amazing here, but good for what it is. Staff nice and helpful and close enough to the airport and Tempe.
While it's a low budget motel, there are unsavory characters that have no regard for others comfort. At this time, given my experience, I cannot in good conscience, recommend this property for now. The staff, though, went out of their way to provide the best service, given the circumstances.
I only had one issue to speak of during my four-night stay here. And the management took care of the situation quickly and to my satisfaction. This part of Mesa, Arizona is certainly not a tourist destination, however if you need to be in this area, this is a great value and I would definitely stay here again. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised that my room had ...
The room was clean, but the carpet is stained, the arm-chair was falling apart, the shower drain was not draining at all, the sink has only cold water, the public hot-tub is inheated, the bed is so old and soft that you sink 8 inches (20 cm), etc. Cheap cheap, but don't expect much more than a bed and one shower.
Place is GOOD to rest-up, Security Guard needs to be more, visible, in the Park Lots.
This property is a great value airport hotel with a free airport shuttle. One can see the airport tower nearby, however, on roads, it's probably a couple miles to the entrance of the airport, about 8 minutes or so. There are closer hotels, however, they seem to get seedier as one gets closer and I don't know their prices. I got an excellent, large well appointed roo...
Very large clean rooms. Beds comfortable and great shower. Pool area and hot tube clean and fun. Very friendly staff, especially Katelyn who was especially helpful! Highly recommend this hotel.
Dirty room. Only one towel per room for multiple people. Toilet clogs every time it is used and you have to plunge it each time. Power washers cleaning early in the morning hitting the doors and windows. Miserable experience.
There were too many things not working in the room - window won’t open, door won’t close/lock, shower knob was too tight and was leaking. Hotel attendant had to come multiple times to fix problem which I think he was aware of. Then as we were sleeping, we smelled something coming from the vents. It smelled like marijuana from people upstsirs. That scared us and we st...

Clean, no-frills hotel. Friendly staff. I enjoyed breakfast, which was included (waffles, eggs, and sausage). Located in nice part of town.
If you’re looking for a place to just sleep at night this hotel is a great value. The property has recently been updated the rooms were clean and the price was right.
toilet bowl choked made us have to change room in late night, the next room bedsheet is dirty but luckily the staff is friendly enough to change bedsheet for us at late night.
Near by strip, low price and nice employees are there ! Thanks
To high for a small room
Great night sleep, close to family
i expected this to be run down and drug known but it wasnt and the staff was politie
It was quite a bit cheaper than comparable hotels nearby and was a really good value for a basic room. The hotel was quiet, staff were courteous and helpful, the room was clean, and the mattress was in good condition. Book directly with the hotel, they match on-line prices and give an additional discount.
Staff was helpful and the room was clean. Would stay again
Really isn't that great. Sketchy people and the tv didn't work. But we needed a place to sleep and they had a bed. Also we were able to have our dog!
Nice stay, room was clean and staffs are friendly. A bit far from any groceries but Ubers are around. Only the bed just a bit too soft, other than that is excellent!
Cons- bad area lots of noise drug addicts lots of cops going there not to clean unprofessional -pros 45 a night
I love the fact that this hotel is right off the freeway. Easy to get to (except the traffic). And easy to get home. Was here for medical reasons and will return in 2 months.
I did not see a single Bug! This place is Great!
Days Inn Phoenix Airport is a good value for money. My upstairs room was clean, well furnished , and very useful during my short stay. TV station selection, coffee & other amenties, telephone, and a clean bed were enjoyed by me.
It smelled so clean and the rooms were clean. That is very important to me.
first time in phoenix, a large cit, traffic lights syarted 28 miles from the hotel but fortunately after six miles the was a loop entrance. close to the i-10. in front of the hotel a busstop to the zoo. there are two restaurants acros the hotel, to the south mc donalds and to the west another fast food restaurant with different sandwiches. free parking and good wifi. t...
Staff is terrific - always trying to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Very good location to where I work on weekends. Not a whole lot for their breakfast menu if you're looking for something hearty. However, I am usually gone for work before they are set up at 6am, so not big deal to me.

This hotel was nice for a couple or family, its nestled into a mountain so the views of Phoenix are quite stunning. If you are looking for a hotel with a lot of activities this is not the place. No night life at all, two restaurants Different pointe of view is worth a visit just to watch the sunset and have a drink, if your looking for romance or celebrating an event...
This is a nice hotel and I love this location. I used to live in Phoenix so maybe I'm a bit biased as I've lived in that area. I was given an upgrade because as it turns out they needed to have a room available for a person with disabilities and since I had none, I was given an upgrade. It was a nice room, however, a bit dated. But still no complaints.
We experienced repeated unwanted advances from a male employee. While the staff were EXCELLENT in their response, we were told a report of the incident could not be provided to us because we were on Reservation land. Federal and state laws do not apply while you stay at this property.
We like the double tree for it's location and it had great beds and pillows. I do wish the bar & restaurant stayed open later than 11:00. The food and service used to be better but I'm not sure if this is just the Phoenix/44th at location or all of them. The free breakfast buffet is one of the best I've seen in any hotel. The last 2 times we've stayed the rooms haven't...
Great location for an airport hotel. But the lack of free wifi, seriously it is 2016! Nice pool, cleam rooms so once you can go online, you can tell others. Worth the try, great location for airport travel.....
I had a great time at this hotel. Was one of my favourites ever. Location is great and so much to do and see. Feel like you are right in the action.
Pros- staffs are on point! Cons- condition is between 2-3 but far from 4 stars hotel.
Very nice. Way better then your regular motel/hotel.Staff were great, rooms were very nice, bed comfy, jacuzzi tub, and amenities nice as well. Definitely will return any time in mesa!
This was our 3rd stay in as many years. We will likely be back.
Great hotel but more suiting for young children. We had an awesome time at the pool!
We have stayed before with our children and loved it so much we came back for an anniversary trip! Within walking distance to the Chase Stadium, AMAZING restaurants, and all sorts of fun adult night life. Our particular view was lovely, mountains one direction, stadium the other. The staff was great. We enjoyed the fun social and complimentary hours on the 2nd floor. ...
Great location! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and Starbucks coffee every morning! The view from our apartment was gorgeous. The only issue was that the windows are east facing and the window coverings were not room darkening, so our rooms lit up at 5 30 every morning!! The location was Great! So close to shopping, parks, and local attractions. Thank you for a relaxi...
My stay at the Renaissance Hotel went well. There were some positives and few negatives listed below. Positives: 1). Hotel Staff were very professional, caring, and made you feel right at home in the hotel. Staff would greet you with a smile. 2). Variety of mini-shops within the hotel was great to have without having the need to go out and find places to get stuff. 3...
Our family LOVED this hotel. Very cool ambiance and next to Arizona State Univ.
This resort has a Lot if aged history the rooms are up to date and everything was amazing friendly staff in every direction. The waterpark has two slides for kids to enjoy and have fun across the street is a couple of restaurants and a sports bar .
Dining needs to pick up the pace. The wait time to get food was 30 minutes or more
I enjoy staying at The Sheraton Grand Downtown Phoenix with its great location and the staff is extremely friendly and the staff is always very happy and knowledgeable about what’s happening in Phoenix!

The rooms were very comfortable and well designed. Easy to get around in and airy and bright, with a small and open sitting area outside. Checking in and out was simple and quick. The staff was very helpful and the grounds were immaculate. The hotel is very well situated and if we find ourselves back in the area we would stay there again.
