"We were only in Phuket for less than 24 hours, and decided on this large resort. We were happy to get into our room early, relax by the pool, and explore Patong Beach. The staff was so friendly, and the rooms were simple and comfortable, but the best part was the view!! We did not expect to have a full on view of the ocean, so it was a lovely surprise to see a balcony with a beautiful view of Patong Beach. We saw the most gorgeous sunset in Thailand from this balcony!! I absolutely loved the 2 pools (one with a waterslide), but the infinity pool is the real winner. With a swim up bar, and amazing views, it's the real star of this resort. I spent hours there in my less than 24 hour visit to Phuket, and don't regret it a minute! (Additional perk was that we had breakfast included, but were leaving around 6:30am, so they packed us our breakfast to go!). For a short stay, this is great!"

"I was lucky enough to get to stay in this hotel after a terrible stay at a hotel earlier (Andatel Grande hotel Patong). Patong Bay hill has been the best i have stayed anywhere in phuket or south east asia probably (for the price ) and the view from the hotel is amazing. Its located on a very quiet hill away from the noise and lights of patong, Far not yet far. Perhaps 15 to 20 mins by walk. transport is not an issue at all as they provide free shuttle back and forth. Breakfast was awesome enjoyed it.the view from my pool access room was defintely the best one can get in phuket. service was excellent as well. they even provide complimentary cocktail drinks as well and also some nice fruits. fast check in / check out and excellent service by the local and russian receptionists there. wish the price was a bit lower other than that highly recommended will definitely stay again."

"When we drove up to this resort, I was thinking wow this is an amazing property, wish it's where we are staying. Then I saw the sign and we all got excited. It has some serious curb appeal. We drove up, parked our car and saw a lot of construction still going on. Security called for 2 golf carts to come down and pick up our luggage and the 3 of us. We took a steep and dangerous ride, passengers in the back need to hang on for dear life. The reception desk is located outdoors under some of the architecture. A pool wraps around the front of some of the pool access rooms. It's beautiful, but in an Ikea sort of way. Our room, the sea view room, while somewhat stylish looks great with a wonderful view but that's just the surface. If you stay in the room, you will find that there's only about 2 outlets inside and 1 outlet on the balcony. The wifi signal was a bit weak but I speedtested it and it measured in at 5Mb up and down. The finishes in the room are pretty low quality but I've found that with a lot of Phuket hotels. The restroom facilities are bad as they give you pretty much no privacy. I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay. With only 2 outlets, you have to plug in the hair dryer outside of the restroom area. The doors are glass and frosted in some parts but lend very little privacy. The toilet room is separated from the shower but the door only goes part way up letting every little noise you make out into the living space. Water pressure was low on the rainfall showerhead. The bathroom counter hardly had any usable space, you better learn to live tight. Beds are super firm. There wasn't much consideration with regard to safety so you better watch your kids. The ride up to the property was dangerous as is the property itself. Every doorway has a ledge so the moment you step out, you are falling down and you can really hurt yourself if you're not careful. The pool is amazing, views of 2 beaches and it has a bar area. Some rooms will have pool access at thei"

"It was my first time to Phuket and I was conscious about where to stay, so I did my homework for 2 months beforehand. Only in the end, I decided to choose to stay in Sleep With Me. I prided myself for doing that because it is really the best hotel to stay in for those who do not want to splurge unnecessarily for luxurious 5-star hotels. The location is right in the middle of all the happenings in Phuket, yet it is very quiet at night, so I had good-night-sleeps for my 5 nights stay. The service is well-done, the breakfast is more than satisfactory and everything you need is close-by...tuk-tuks, taxis, Jungceylon shopping mall, massage and spa centres, Bangla street, 7/11, great food, hundreds of local souvenirs stalls and etc. Stay here! You won't regret! "

"Great hotel, very modern. Large bathroom and room. Hard mattress but that is expected in Asia. Shower needed a little clean but overall was up to standard. The staff are lovely and friendly. Very valued for money. Good buffet breakfast. Very close to Bangla Road (2min walk) but away from the noise during the night. Amazing roof top pool with a spectacular view of Phuket and Ocean. Good Thai food cooked in restaurant with cheap prices and cheap drinks. Would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again upon returning to Thailand."

"The hotel location was excellent. Walking distance to the beach. Center of everything. To get halal food is easy and very accessible. The premier king room was superb and we had an amazing stay. The pools are awesome except the breakfast spread was abit so so and bang average. All else matters from the staff to hotel facilities i have no complaints and definitely will come again. 2 nights is not enough to enjoy the bedroom. "

"1st of all I would like to thank front desk manager Mr Audi, Ms Kookak and housekeeper Ms Lin for making it a wonderful and memorable trip for us although this is already my 6th visit to phuket but 1st time in this hotel. I requested for a high floor room but unfortunately it wasn't available on our check in day as its not their fault as request made are only on best effort basis but they managed to secure one for me for the rest of our 4 nights stay with a wonderful sea view of patong plus a huge patio just right in front of our balcony. But be mindful that some of the Seaview rooms r exactly right in front of the main road which is noisy as there's usually constant traffic n mopeds with loud exhaust moving up n down. Hotels have about 10 blocks and those blocks that r further in don't have much view except the pool and the forest area and some rooms that we saw were either facing the back of some blocks or a mud pond near the bfast area. Bfast was good too with wide variety. "

"We stayed at the Seaview Patong Hotel at the end of March 2010, this being our second visit to Patong Beach, we stayed at the Amari Coral Beach on our last visit. We deliberated long and hard before booking this hotel as having had a wonderful experience at the Amari on our last visit we did not want to spoil our memories of Phuket by staying in a lower class hotel that potentially would not deliver the level of comfort and service that we had experienced before. We were NOT disappointed and for good reason 1) The location of the hotel is just about right, at the end of the resort so reasonably quiet with no noisy bars around, but a good 10-15 min stroll along the beach front road to the centre where everthing happens. Yes you will get bugged by the chinese lantern sellers, the market stall holders and the tailors along the way but this all adds to the buzz of the place and you simply say "no thanks" and they move onto someone who is interested in buying the latest fake whatever you fancy. There is a great bar called Komma a minute down the road that serves the coldest beers you will ever taste and superb food for cheap as chips prices - heaven after a hot day! 2)Patong Beach - Don't come here if you are expecting Patong Beach to hanker back to the old days - this resort has everything you may possibly want in terms of food, drink and entertainment - you can do a quiet or lively night out here no problem, its all available with Irish Pubs Scruffy Murphy's and Molly Malones providing outstanding live music in air conditioned comfort - they are well worth a visit. 3) The hotel - we paid just over half the price of what it would have cost to return to the Amari but felt we received service and facilities on a par with the higher priced hotel. As the Seaview Patong was a smaller hotel there were less noisy families around the two beatiful pools. The hotel provides a towel service which means you don't have to bother to pack your own. The variety and quality a"

"Kalima Resort & Spa (5 star) is definitely the best Resort in Patong, Phuket. We stayed in Phuket for 6 days. Booked 3 days at Kalima Resort & Spa and 3 days at SM Resort (3 star) which is nowhere close to Kalima Resort & Spa standards. We checked it at SM Resort on our 4th day and checked out after 1 hour of checking in. I requested for a refund via Agoda and they told me that it's possible but they will be charging a day charge and can only refund me for the rest of the 2 night stay and we agreed. So we decided to moved ourself to Blue Ocean Hotel (4 star). Still not up to standard but it's alright compared to SM Resort. Feeling exhausted, we decided to stay in for a night at Blue Ocean and get back to Kalima Resort & Spa. The next day we checked ourself in Kalima Resort & Spa feeling so relief. Staff welcomed us back nicely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Kalima Resort & Spa will definitely be the same Resort I will stay in the next time I'm here in Phuket. No doubt. Service is excellent. View is breath taking And lastly breakfast was awesome with perfect sea view. Living in the Kardashian life for sure "
