"The wifi was unstable and dropped off. Informed the staff and nothing was done about it. Staff was indifferent. Air-con was turned off somehow and staff took long to turn it on. Room was stuffy as we had to close the window because all the mosquito nets were torn. The only consolation was a nice breakfast."
