"The front desk clerk struggled with the credit card technologies. I called my CC company to confirm the problem was not my card (20 minutes on the phone). Finally got a room. The sign on the outside of the room indicated a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of smoke and there was an ashtray on the table in the room. I have asthma. Went to the front desk to get a different room and was told for another $11.00 I could “upgrade” to another room. We packed up and left after less than 10 minutes of the room being registered in our name. I have nothing good to say, except it appeared to be a good value at the time."
