"I should have complained the minute I open the entry door and saw the rather large white stain on the carpet. The vinyl fabric on the wall behind the entry door was bubbled. The bathroom floor had leftover construction material under the vanity. Questioning how often the floor is cleaned. There was water damage on the ceiling in several places. When I checked out I mentioned how disappointed I was with the room and how I felt it did not meet Holiday Inn standards. The lady responded that this room was a "filler room" and was rented only when the hotel was full. Based on the parking lot I question this statement. With all of this being said I only have myself to blame for not complaining when I first observed the condition of the room."
