"I booked the family villa and it has improved a lot since before. We were given 4 swimming pool passes and the staff were responsive and always giving their best service. We changed villas the second night due to insects invading our living room but all was a smooth process. This villa is more private and also dated but our aircons were new which helped a lot in the heat. I would definitely recommend this villa for families to have a nice stay in and enjoy the resort's facilities. And you definitely need a car to get by the resort and outside into the town. The distances are not walkable to get to local shops. "
