I had to be picked up by ambulance due to unexpected heart problems at 31 yrs old, the staff helped me so much; they walked my dog, fed her, til I was released. Very very kind people. God bless all of them. They went out of their way when they could've simply gotten rid of my belongings and called animal control. God bless them.

Alarm outside kitchen window woke us up on our 2nd night. we called the keyholder who explained how to turn the annoying alarm off. STRONG smell of sewage outside the house. Later we watched water (that smelled very strongly of sewage) pour out of a holding tank on the front lawn and down the lawn to the street. Very unpleasant. No partial refund from the owner.
