"Accommodation is provided in two buildings external to the Inn. The structure may be old, but the accommodation is the very tired 1970s style. Our "deluxe double" room consisted of a double bed, a TV, a bar fridge with one glass & a small milk carton, and a small 1970s style ensuite. Patrons exited the Inn on the first night via the rear door next to the accommodation building at 11.30pm closing, were very loud and foul mouthed for approx. 1 hour. The following night, after suggesting to the manager that patrons leave via the front door, it was quieter - except that closing was 1am and there was very loud music until closing. We wont stay there again. "

"Our stay (for us older, long-term married couple / no children to care for anymore) was really assisted by the Port Fairy/Seacombe House stay. We were able to walk just metres from it to the main area of commerce and activities in Port Fairy. The beaches were only a few blocks away too, and, to let us have a good overall analysis of the town. The Reception Staff were magnificent too. Personal, but professional. - Bravo; A very fine experience. No hassles. We'll stay there again, should we return in future."

"great stay ! Hope we could have stayed longer : - location : near port fairy, but in the very quiet and secluded area of tower hill. Just nearby the fabulous reserve of tower hill, where we saw many kangaroos in the evening, and a somptuous sunset on the hill - cabin : ancien pre-fabricated class rooms that were renovated with good taste. Huge space, super comfy king size bed. All you need for a few days stay is there (kitchen ustensils, cleaning kits, living room with tv, dvd...) - kind owners who are proud of their cabins (and should be !), and are welcoming but respect each one privacy. Very easy check-in and check-out HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"A really well signposted site, which even I found without a problem. The welcome was great, giving us good information on where to visit and eat in Port Fairy. The cabin was well appointed and the equipment looked relatively new (Feb 2015). A real find and at a good price. Thank you for making us 'poms' welcome. I have given the food/dining a 1 only because we didn't eat on site and couldn't comment. I'm sure that facilities were available and if we had used them, we would not have been disappointed. Regrettably our stay was only an overnight visit and we wished we could have stayed longer. Port Fairy boasts to be the best place in the world to live, I'm sure they are right."
