I travel to the Amalfi Coast a couple of times a year and always stay in Praiano. Casa Stella Marina has quickly become my favourite choice in town: the views are exceptional, the staff is helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The neighbouring hotel, which belongs to the same property, also has a rooftop pool, which may be a plus for some.
Called the hotel as I boarded the bus from Amalfi town to tell them that I was on my way. The owner actually waited for me at the bus stop! She stopped the bus to ask if any of the passengers were going to Conchiglia. I would have definitely missed the stop on my own. Lovely if you want peace & quiet - quality alone time...love it!

Hotel La Pearla was a great value find in the Amalfi coast area. Praiano was a cute smaller town south of Positano and north of Amalfi. We had a very nice time at this Hotel and were able to travel to all the nearby towns such as Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and Sorrento. A car is necessary if you wish to do this and there was paid parking at the hotel.
I would have to say the 6.7 rating is an under rating for this hotel. We just left the hotel yesterday. Antonio and his brothers run the hotel and are very pleasant. Antonio will be the one to greet you and he is the one that speaks the best English. Location was a little challenging to find but with much of the Amalfi Coast, it's not easy navigating traffic and the small roads. But the property itself was amazing, we'd definitely be back! The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast/pool area had a great view.
We stayed here with our two children. This place is amazing. The view, the rooms, the kitchen all great. Do not think twice about booking. Just book!
