"My husband and I were delighted by this place. It was our first time to Prescott and AZ for that matter. We were greeted by friendly staff the entire stay. Our room was small, but that is to be expected considering the age of the hotel. The decor from the lobby to the room was lovely. Our only regret was waiting until our last day to try out the restaurant. The prices, portions, and wonderful service were the best we received on our trip. We will be back!"

"The staff at SpringHill Suites were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next to a small shopping center near the center of Prescott. The word suites is a bit generous, as there was a tiny area with microwave, sink and small refrigerator, no freezer. The two queen beds were very comfortable, and the large screen TV conveniently swiveled. The air conditioner was efficient, but nights were chilly, so we used a blanket that was conveniently left in the room. I truly wished there was a larger dresser (a small one served as TV stand) and more hangers in the 2 small closets. The small table that served as a desk had only one chair. Since this doubled as a kitchen table, there should have been at least one more chair in the room. There was just that one chair & a sofa. We had breakfast in the registration area on our last morning there. It was substantial and convenient, ended at 9am. This hotel was priced on the high side, but we were happy with our choice."
