"Look, the hotel itself is good. Location is great, facilities are decent, in terms of cleanliness it could be better because there was a strong smell of cat piss in the hallways, but the rooms were well cleaned. Unfortunately, we asked the hotel to hire a driver to take us to the bus terminal because we wanted to climb Mount bromo. With that, we wrongly assumed that we could trust the driver who was not trustworthy at all. He took us to another place that claimed to be the bus terminal where people tried to scam us and we had to call the police. I know that Probolinggo is known to be full of scams, but nevertheless at a minimum we expect to be able to trust the hotel because it is assumed it has well stablished trustworthy connections with the locals. Bad mistake."

Bedroom is comfortable, service also very good, and strategic location. Maybe the one that need to be improved is the wifi connection at 2nd floor (standard room) that sometimes disconnect, however definetely I'm still a happy guess..."
