This hostel has a beautifully decorated reception and lounge area. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are spacious, but the heating was a little hot at night.

I love that the Altiplanico looks like its peeking above the ground but it is not under-ground (am not sure if i'm even making any sense ...)! This is an excellent place to stay near to the lake on the main drag where everything you might want is readily available by walking. There is a large,, comfortable lounge area upstairs, and the rooms are well appointed. The breakfast served in the morning was varied enough, and the staff were most helpful. The persons I spoke to were fluent in English.

natalino is a relatively new hotel in puerto natales, a few minutes walk from everything. the rooms are very clean and have some issues. first, lighting in the shower is too dark. second, the walls are paper thin so we suggest light sleepers to avoid this hotel or ask for rooms on the 3rd, which is the top floor. breakfast spread is also quite poor and repetitive. ...

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel on our trip to Puerto Natales. The hotel is few blocks away from the town center but the distance is walkable. The building is new therefore everything is in good condition. We had a room for 3 and it was really good. There was enough space for luggage and the bed was huge. This was a nice place but very pricey. Meals were excellent. Farther from park than we thought. Pictures did not look like the room we were in. Staff friendly.

We stayed here on the way to Torres del Paine and it was a good intro to the stunning views...the bedrooms are set up to take advantage of this! Great place to stay with a nice coffee shop in the hotel ...but their own breakfast was below par.

We were pleasantly surprised staying in this modest, but totally spotless place in Puerto Natales. Lucy was very helpful providing us with a map of town and recommended places to eat which was very helpful. She even go our breakfast prepared T 5:30 am so that we could get on the road by 6. We felt rested and recharged after our one night stay.

Very outdated and not good value for money.

We explored the neighborhood by bus, walking and rented a car. The hotel provided a good basis for that.

Good location and good services. They offer trip for you to join and just pay at the hostel. Just one to two bugs appeared in the room that need some more clean up. I preferred rooms without carpet.

Very helpful staff. Staffs speak English so well. They helped us book bus tickets to and from Argentina as we contacted through e-mail. We love this place so much. Here was one of the best places during our stays in Patagonia.

staff were very helpful in providing information in torres del paine. the location is between the bus station and city centre. do contact them ahead of time if you are arriving late in the night

It’s a very cozy hostel with clean room and comfortable bed. Staff are so nice they helped us to prepare lunch box for our trip and also assist us on other request as well. The only down side is the air circulation is a bit demanding. But if it’s just for a short stay, it shouldn’t be a problem. Overall very decent hostel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Xalpen. The owners are super nice and even kept our luggage for free when we did the W Trek. The rooms are spacious, nice decorated and very clean. Also the breakfast is wonderful! It is on the first floor with a beautiful view over Puerto Natales. We would definitely come again! PS.: Short walk to the bus station.

A warm and welcoming (see title) stay that is so pleasant. A small place but that is not a problem because of how open Marco and Carolina are. We shred lunches together and the ups and downs of our national sports heroes ALL losing - NZ the rugby, Chile the football final and the Philippines Maqui's loss to Hunt. That says it all really. A great place to stay.

Stayed in a triple room, door can only be locked from outside. There was a TV in the room but not plugged in, no socket nearby for it to be plugged as well which was funny. Lovely little hostel, very homey and nicely decorated. Beautiful rooms, breakfast was delicious and Pancho was so kind! Free lockers if doing the treks nearby.
