I stayed in room 341 which I highly recommend (romantic imo, so great for couples); it probably has the best view on the cathedral and a large bathroom. Hotel very run down in corridors and bedrooms. Ok, my room had a balcony but the traffic noise made open windows impossible. Please note Rouen is undergoing major road and building reconstruction which is causing great traffic upheaval, July 2012.
