"Have booked there 4 years now and each year there have been issues- we had to move three times again this year- first room, the aircon was broken as well as fridge , second room the shower was missing part of the door so water went everywhere- third room fridge wasn’t working- the heated pool was not heated again this year- the put-put was in disrepair, as well as tennis court and games room was not there anymore- nothing for the kids to do- breakfast was not as good as last year- and we were only told the bacon was off after we had already eaten it- resulting in my kids and I being sick- have to come to rustenburg for tours again but won’t stay there- "
