Sacramento (CA) hotels & accommodations

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and breakfast was not bad. We enjoyed the story about Dexter the Goldfish. This best western is definitely not winning the curb appeal contest, there are homeless people lining the streets surrounding and the outside of the property is a little run down. We still felt safe, slept well and got a really good ...

The hotel is one the better ones in Sacramento for our family’s budget. The staff was very helpful without hesitation. Tipping the room service goes a long way. We asked for a roller bed and the attendant later brought us extra towels. The front staff was very accommodating as well. They had all of the amenities and the mall is right across the street and right off the...

We like going to concerts and decided to stay in Sacramento for the night. The Hyatt is within walking distance of venues and restaurants. After reading menues, we ate ate Dawson's at the hotel. Had to be one of the best meals I've eaten! Can't stress enough how helpful and friendly the staff was. Only negative was the noise as there was a convention there so people we...

Con (mild) [1] lighting could have been brighter; [2] i hate it when the bathroom light is automatically coupled with a (noisy) fan Pro [a] nice to have a grab-bar in the tub-shower; [b] appreciated having a room near the elevator since i prefer the 2nd floor, but have some trouble walking

This was our first visit to Sacramento and we were without a car. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was great. And Sacramento was a great city to visit. When we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Pet friendly - fair pet deposit. Only thing last time house keeping did not vaccume carpet & was told I had to request it. Laundry facilities are excellent, except for other guests not removing their items. I don't mean for a short time, I mean I was doing laundry and someone was taking up 2 dryers all night & saw the next day someone had finally took it. I didn't pull...

Enjoyed our stay at the Sutter Best Western ... Darlene at the front desk was charming & very helpful! I was concerned I had gone through a third party- semi unknowingly ? But had a pre payment... Anyway, she assisted us and upgraded our room! Great location ... walked to Golden One.! Clean room & very comfortable... nice breakfast as well! We booked again on check out...

This hotel is suited for truckers and people who carry side arms. Situated next to Hwy. 80 @ Madison, it's perhaps the least expensive room in the Sacramento area. My stay was forced by a change in reservations and personal matters. The staff is very good. The hotel was undergoing upgrades and was more like a construction zone. The manager was cordial when I told him ...

This place during the week is quiet. There are so many amenities such as pool, jacuzzi, the gym I loved it! yes it's in West Sacramento but they have security and its not on the main drag. I also want to mention how they have a full breakfast not continental. I love making waffles!!!

Usually, AGODA gives points for reviews but since they remove that I rarely review unless I have a really BAD experience. First, the front desk woman is snub and unfriendly. The location is in the bad area of Sacramento. The WIFI was off for 2 days might as well not offer this service. I check out on my last night wasting money cause of my bad experience. I hate givin...

I chose for the ratings and they were accurate. Nice and quiet. But if you don't have a car, there's no where to easily walk. Morning breakfast complete - lots of Jimmy Dean choices - just nuke away! My Uber driver was surprised I was staying there when she saw me - said it's a bit of a sketchy area - known for prostitutes across the highway at the Motel 6.....uh.....

Someone got inside our room early in the morning through the window causing my wife to wake up and shout, & afterwards I tried to chase this guy. Then I went to front desk to ask if there’s a camera in the facility, then he check it; what surprised me was that the monitors were under the table. I mentioned that if the monitors were on the wall they might have seen the...

We had reserved an non smoking room with one queen bed. It was downstairs on the main level. The room was small. After the first night of stepping on a cockroach, we left the lights on so that the Cock Roaches would not come out at night. The staff was nice. This is Sacramento's most stylish hotel. It is brilliantly located right in the Downtown square next to the Arena where the Basketball team play and the big concerts are held. It is also right next to the redeveloped old Sacramento which is an absolute delight with its reconstructed wild west high streets and resident paddle steamer restaurant and the old railway which...

This place should be closed. From the woman checking me in (who insisted on charging my room to my American Express even though I paid for the room an hour earlier online) to no ice machine to NO parking to broken switches in the bathroom to only a few channels on the TV(no HBO, no NOTHING)

very good location nice staff and very tidy and clean rooms and surroundings good breakfast room reasnable choice self serevice rooms were of good size and standard and comfortable and fasilities could have provided drinking water nice tea and coffe maker in room and decor was ok to so all in all good

Look, guys, this is exactly a "you get what you're paying for" thing. Like I had a fine experience, the beds were decently clean and the room was fine, but I also wasn't exactly expecting a continental breakfast and valet parking. The Echo Lodge is exactly the place it's advertising to be. It's cheap, the staff was pretty nice, and like I didn't get murdered so all in ...

We found our 2 double beds room for a decent price online. The staff was super friendly and helpful, answering questions before our stay and when we arrived. The guy at the front desk checked us in at 1:30am, advised us where to park and how to enter our room, then actually held the door for us while we made a couple trips to unload the car. The online photos made th...

I accidentally picked a smoking room, and they couldn’t change it to a non smoking which isn’t their fault but it was sucky because the room was so strong in smell that all my stuff still smells like smoke 2 days after I left. Other than that though it was a pretty good stay, comfortable bed, large TV good water pressure, is stay here again but in a non smoking. Oh an...

Great Hotel Just checked it, pleasantly surprised!! It’s only 1:30 but the lady already let us early check in . Room is spacious!! Decor is contemporary!! Everything looks so neat and new! I had 2 doctor's appointments in the same day. One morning, and the other in the evening. I lived too far to make the drive twice in the same day. So, I decided to book a hotel stay in Sacramento, CA. What a wonderful surprise, to come across this jewel hidden away. From beginning to the end, I was treated with politeness, and care. The room was spacious, and cle...

When I arrived, I was very thirsty and entered a vending area with a soft drink machine. There was no price posted, but I went ahead and put a dollar in the machine. It still said "Enter funds" so I put in another dollar. Then it said "Enter funds" again. Since it didn't seem that a soda from a machine would cost more than $2, I hit the "Return" button and it spit back...

Our stay her was great! The staff was friendly and helpful at telling us nearby places and attractions. The State Capital is about 15mins away from the hotel, but if you want to visit you need to check the hours ahead of time. For the price you cant ask for a better hotel to stay at. I'd stay there again.

Not much to complain about. Just the entrance is easy to miss if you haven't been there. And it's a hard to enter as its a quick small driveway and if you do there is a lot of work to double back. Also somewhat close to the freeway witch is a good and bad thing. Easy to get to.. But noisy. But all in all in will stay here again!
