"After reading the reviews I actually thought about cancelling my booking and booking a room somewhere else! But I’m so so glad I didn’t! We stayed at Apart’city Versailles as a family, for 3 nights, and we absolutely loved it! Everything was nice and clean, modern and well kept, loads of storage room for all the luggage, nice shower, good comfy beds, it has a Lidl supermarket only a few minutes walk away. Ideal for Versailles and even Paris city center. We will definitely stay again. Ideal for small children, plenty of space to run about and play, not overcrowded with furniture. "

"Booked a room for 3, however there were only 2 towels, and one of them was in awful condition. Wi-fi was useless, log-in process took ages as the web page was available only in French. It seems like there is a feature to show it in English but it didn't. It kept asking to enter the name. Full name didn't work, first name didn't work so it has to be your last name. After you managed to get connected you were not able to browse any websites. There was some constant noise at night, so couldn't sleep well. Couldn't control the shower water temperature, it was frequently turning into extremely hot water. Window shutter didn't work. Will try and refrain from using this hotel in the future. "
