"Worst value for money i ever spent. Shonalanga's website is very misleading. False advertising. 1. Rooms were not ready on arrival 2. No air-conditioner 3. Ceiling fans were not the safest 4. The rooms had a very dusty smell 5. Bed Linen needs replacing. They looked brownish/ yellowish/dirty 6. Pots & Pans were rusty 7. Cutlery was rusty & broken 8. TV reception was poor 9. Taps were not secured in the bathroom. They were loose. Water sprays out of the bathroom taps like a shower 10. Shower floor needs a good clean 11. One unit had a shower curtain which is unhygienic 12. Place is in need of urgent maintenance 13. The pool was not clean and could not be used in the evenings 14. Distribution board is a shocker. Fire waiting to happen 15. Property does not have a driveway gate. Walk in/out. Drive in/out. No security on site especially without a locked 16. entrance gate. 17. Evening receptionist/helper is in desperate need of customer training. She was arrogant and rude. Never smiles/gre"

"We stayed for two nights in the Zebra room. All rooms are associated with an animal and a lot of details in the room also relates to the animal. The breakfast was good and we got a lot of tips and even help with some trouble with our car. PS. Book the Dolphin room for a jacuzzi in the room. "
