"Although there were many good things, the main problem of the property is the lack of security. Someome outside from Hotel was taking picture of a copy of our passports, and he was doing this in collaboration with hotel management. Hotel manager apologized and said that it was this person checking who took massage (which does not make sense), but we already told this to Hilton headquarter to start an investigation. The procedure is ongoing, highly likely an example of identity theft No recommend until security is solved."

"We were very pleased with this property. Everything we had been told about it was right on. The pools were magnificent, service could not have been better, breakfasts were delicious and included in our room cost. Price for dinner buffet and poolside service was a little pricey. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed tennis and the gym too. The Travel Agent also guided us in the right direction for sightseeing in Santa Marta. Not a lot to do close by, but we were happy to take taxis to the shopping and sightseeing. We would definitely recommend this hotel for families and couples wanting a safe and quiet environment. "
