"You'd definitely go to this place for the view. There's a great shuttle service that'll take you directly to Thira. I wouldn't consider this place a 5 star but it's nice to stay at. Service is average. It started poorly as I had e-mailed days prior to arrange a pick-up at the airport which never arrived. When I phoned they said to just get a taxi. When I showed up at the hotel and asked to ensure they wouldn't charge for the failed pick-up attempt they tried to blame me for providing an incorrect date (I double checked and I provided the correct date). This is pretty horrendous service in my eyes. Despite this I asked them to drop me off at the airport at the end of the trip and paid for this on the last day as I left, but was delayed by 10 minutes at the airport explaining to the driver that it had already been paid and waiting for him to phone the hotel and confirm which they didn't do until the 3rd attempt."

"Actually we have previous booking for another hotel 2 month before the trip, but Agoda cancelled my booking just 1 week before the trip, because the room is over booked. I was super angry. During this last minutes change, most of the rooms are full in Santorini and the prices are increased. I have not choice but book Manos small world, which is near my previous booking hotel. I found Mano Small world is the best hotel we have stayed during this trip, good location with great views and nice breakfast, helpful staff. Will consider to stay again if revisit Santorini. "

"We had a great 10 nights in Blue Sea. What a fantastic hotel it is. Everyone so kind, so clean everywhere, they are helpful with everything, tasty food, very calm and quiet out there. Room we had was really comfort one. No issues at all. Standard is absolutely above this three stars. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone who has any concerns about making a booking. Please don't, book and go there with peace of mind that everything out there will be spot on."

"Although we understand the value to quality ratio, this was just bad. Everything is significantly discounted this time of year so we didn't think much of the low price, our mistake. The bed was so hard that upon taking a nap my whole side went numb. The room would not warm up at all, being here in winter (as a note I'm Canadian and can handle much colder than 6° and windy as it was) we think that if they know you're coming, maybe they will turn on the heat for your arrival or add a blanket, but no. It was warmer OUTSIDE upon arrival! We ran the heat on max for 7hrs and by 9PM laying in bed under the covers with our winter jackets on we were still freezing. No staff available except a handy man from Nepal who did not speak English since owners were off the island vacationing. We ended up moving to another beautiful hotel up the road and forfeiting our paid stay because of this. We are still trying to get a refund but the owners are not reachable by us or Agoda. Just a bad experience."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful with showing us what to see around Santorini. The room we booked, one with a jacuzzi was absolutely gorgeously decorated and we could not fault it. The location is prime with it being a short distance from the main square and the bus depot - although must be fit to walk as there is a steep hill. Would highly recommend and would return again! "

"We were staying one night in June in studio with the sea view. The room is very cosy and just the same as in the pictures. But on arrival we were greatly surprised as there is no sea view at all, the room is overlooking back of the yard. This fact disappointed me a lot as for me it was priority No 1 to have a terrace or a balcony. You will have a private terrace with the sea view but to reach it you will need to leave your room and head towards the pool. It is about 20 meters from the room itself. So, the room description needs to be adjusted to correspond to the factual situation. Moreover, we could not relax thoroughly in the bath as it was not closing and was operating as a shower only. And the last thing which was noted just on the spot by my mom - the bed linen seemed not to be fresh as we found a long black hair in the bed and the sheets were not ironed. Overall it is a very good value for money, the owner was very nice and approachable, and if the points mentioned by me are corrected it would be one of the best value hotels in the neighborhood. "
