"We stayed for 3D2N and would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a great stay in SAPA. We booked a mountain view hotel room and it was clean, spacious, comfortable and the view was Breath Taking! The toilet comes with a bathtub that is separate from the shower area. The rain shower pressure was good and the water can be adjusted to a good temperature. The staff was not only friendly but always helpful and polite. They attended to our every need. The breakfast was good. One of the morning breakfast was buffet and the other was Ala carte which you could order as much as you want. The location of the hotel was great with two lobbies, one at level 1 and the other at level 15. The level 15 lobby has access to many good restaurants that are just a walking distance away. Overall, a great stay and it was worth every dollar spent. Enjoy!"

"We experienced some of the best Vietnamese accommodations and hospitality during our trip to Sapa. Our plan was to book three different hotels in several different areas around Sapa. First night in Sapa stayed at Pao’s. . . second night at another more rustic hotel. . . third night – Back to Pao’s! Front office manager (Mr. Thang) – went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He was supported by friendly and capable front line staff including Mr. Dat and Mr. Duong. All of the staff could speak English well and couldn’t have done anything more to make our trip there easy and special. During our check-out, Mr. Thang handed us his card and let us know if there was anything he could do. . . to let him know. After one night in a different hotel, we came running back to Pao’s. We were greeted with upgraded room and warm welcome from all the staff – that treated us like returning VIPs. In addition to the competent, professional and friendly staff at the front desk – I also want to "

"It is the best hotel. In the staying time with my family , We meet the most kind, nice and smile staff than I have ever visited hotel before. The staff explained the map of the town of Sapa and helped us for safe and special trip. Pistachio hotel facilities are very convenient because there is a swimming pool, spa and roof top bar in the hotel. If we want to see the wide sapa scenery, we can just go to the roof top anytime. At the roof top, we can see the nature downtown of sapa at the daytime, and the a lot of twinkling stars at the night. It's a very beautiful and fantastic experience for us. And every morning, We can taste the kind of vietnam rice noodles that change every day for breakfast. While eating breakfast, It's extra blessing to be able to see the beautiful scenery. Thanks a lot about the pistachio all things. I hope we can meet again. 🙏🙏🙏"

"Nice 5 star hotel in Sapa. Very clean and tidy. Nice view of the mountain specially when partially cloudy. Staff are extremely helpful. May be I should put the comment for the tour. The tour is booked from the hotel for a full day private tour 43$ per person. The tour stated 9.15 am , lunch stated at 1.25 pm. Then the tour ended after lunch about 2.15.pm. With no activities after lunch. It looks like a half day tour with lunch. And the lunch is poor quality. I think the management are keen to know this comment for guest better service This comment is also passed to the reception front desk. "

"We spend 2 nights in Sapa town before going to Topas Eco Lodge an what a difference. Weather even seemed clearer here which means alot in this area. The view in Sapa (when clear) was great, this place was overwhelming. The location is simply unique as the resort is designed to get the best out of it all. We had some amazing lunch at their outdoor terrace surrounded by pinetrees and with mountains as back drop. The room shared this amzing views, and waking up to this amazing scenery was one of the best experiences we had in Vietnam"

"We stayed 2 nights at Sapa Horizon Hotel. They were previously named as Sapa Paradise View Hotel but renamed as Sapa Horizon Hotel after their renovation. Our initial choice was another hotel nearer the lake. However, as that hotel did not offer non-smoking room on non-smoking floor, we chose to stay with Sapa Horizon Hotel instead. Since both of us have sinus, this is an important criteria for us. We were so glad to stay with Sapa Horizon Hotel and here are why we highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Sapa Town. 1. Responsive. Prior to booking, we made some clarifications about the room before making our decision. David was so quick to answer all my emails. I even asked him about the flooding condition in Northern Vietnam the night before our flight. He gave us an update before we flew to Vietnam. It was comforting to know that we had someone to count on in Vietnam, especially when we couldn't speak the language. 2. Friendly and service excellence. After a few days in Sapa, we came to realise that friendliness and service excellence were not a given in Sapa. At Sapa Horizon Hotel, we were always greeted with a friendly smile by staff who are ever ready to help us. Mr Kim even offered us a free room to shower after our trekking tour, even after we had checked out from their hotel! 3. Quiet. I'm a very light sleeper and I usually don't sleep well in hotels if I can hear noise from the road or even from next door. Our room in Sapa Horizon Hotel was so quiet; I was able to sleep right through on both nights. Mr Kim said their renovation included double glazed windows which completely cut off noise from the streets. 4. Comfort, food and more. The bed was really comfortable. The firmness was just right for us. The hotel provides international channels including HBO. The breakfast buffet has more than 20 varieties of food choices! It may not be of Michelin Star standard, but good enough to fuel us up for the day. To David, Mr Kim and staff, Thank you for yo"

"You won't regret this choice! My husband and I stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. The location is A 10 minute walking distance to the center of the town, right next to the best restaurant! (Good Morning View Restaurant). The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, always happy to help and always with a smile. Every request we had, they happily helped us. Arranged day tours, a driver to take us to some beautiful locations. When we left to our late night bus, they packed us a snack to go and ordered a taxi for us, free of charge! Best hotel in Sapa!"

"What a great hotel. The girls are amazing. We had a great view from our room & the bed was comfy. An enclosed shower which was nice instead of water all over the floor. Breakfast was really good. The highlight though was that we had been out for dinner & it was my husband's b'day. The girls had seen Tom's passport & had gotten a cake & fruit. When we walked into our room a sparkler was going off & the girls were singing happy b'day! What a sweet, amazing thing to do. The owner Tauj is interesting & has done fantastic things with the hotel. A special shout out to Thu & Zu who made our stay so special & the rest of the staff who were all kind & sweet. You won't be sorry you stayed here. One negative that isn't the hotel's fault is a landslide has the road shut down & you need to use the steps. The hotel came down to get our luggage & we didn't mind the extra exercise. I'm sure the road will be fixed before to long. Sapa's roads are torn up every where & it's difficult to get around. "
