"We had a hard time searching for this hotel but probably because we were on the other side. Room is mall but decent enough for a quick stay, i would recommend you to get a bigger room if you have big luggages as otherwise you wont have space to walk around. There was 3 of us (4yo daughter), all of us are petite and we pretty much bumped into each other. Generally a good hotel around Sapporo."

"It's my 2nd time with Tmark City Hotel Sapporo, and it's also my 2nd time at Sapporo. I am glad to stay here once again, this time round, I stayed a smaller room. As expected, is a small room w everything equipped. When arrival on a raining day, and we don not have umbrella, so we are pretty quite wet after the walk from the station... They immediately pass us towel for us. Not our first stay, yet we will be back here next time at Sapporo too. "

"The best local chain hotel I have experienced in Japan so far! Close to the Sapporo station, 10 minutes by foot, or right in front of the Odori Subway station if you chose not to walk (that's one stop from Sapporo station). The hotel is located in between of Sapporo Station and Susukino, facing the large Odori Park. Summer beer garden and festival made the whole place very lively. While its location has scored great brownie points, let's talk about the room itself. Great design with best use of space, coupled with modern furnitures and most importantly spacious bathroom, which is rare in Japan. The hotel also offers complimentary spa, where you can soak in and overlooking the city though I didn't have the time to try but I am sure it's a plus after a rough day of sightseeing in the midst of summer. Staffs are helpful and friendly too, which is much appreciated in a foreign country when your Japanese language is at bare minimum level."

"This hotel is fairly new, about 3 years old and it's more modern than the other hotels in Sapporo area. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We like that the rooms are more spacious than the other hotels we browsed and the interior is quite modern. The hotel's location is excellent, it's within 5 minutes walk from Sapporo station and Tokyu dept store. There are a lot of good restaurants around the hotel so you don't need to worry about food. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to sapporo!"

"Location is the best, a few steps away from JR Sapporo station and restaurants/cafes/shops. I am a return traveller and this time I travelled with family of 4, including 2 elderly. The hotel staff were hospitable, friendly, polite and helpful, especially with assisting me with an onsen booking. They also noted down all my needs before my arrival and were able to satisfy my requests and even wow’ed me with extra service. All staff were friendly and polite, even the floor staff. Rooms were clean and amenities were complete. You can even use their breakfast room after hours to make a cup of tea/coffee. I would recommend this hotel to those travelling with children/elderly or those who want to stay close to Sapporo station"
