I had an apartment with balcony with a great view and it was perfect.Its only a few hundred meters down a steep road and you are in the centre.The hotel was great and all the staff very friendly and helpful.I would reccommend this hotel to everyone.I hope to go back.Sarajevo is realy worth a visit .Great place and great people.

This hotel is located in the suburbs of Sarajevo. You can travel by tram line 3 or 4 to the city centre. It takes approx. 30 minutes to reach the city centre. The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms and the bathroom is clean and well maintained. The hotel offers free shuttle from and to the airport.

The room was clean, well laid out, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and most accommodating, truly willing to go out of their way for the comfort of their guests. An excellent stay, with parking to boot!

More than 1 km walk up a steep hill from the Cathedral part of Sarajevo, without tram. Gasp. I booked a twin with aircon - they put me in a single without aircon. So they moved me to a room with aircon but it was only a single. The carpet was really old and so smelly. I would not stay there again.

10/15min walk from bus/train station. Not by old town but is a nice long walk or lots of bike/public transport options. Staff is very friendly. My room was off the road and quiet. Good shower. A little musty smell, but overall a good experience

The hotel has very helpful staff & is efficient with the check-in process. There is a gated secure parking space within the hotel compound. The room we had was on 3rd level, we did not get the best sunset view over the caputal. A modernised hotel in a slightly down at heel but central location. After the first night we realised that large areas of Sarajevo are still suffering the legacy of the war so our hotel was fairly typical. Very close to many restaurants and bars. Provided a very good breakfast.
