It is ugly village, there is nothing to do, only diving. For Sipadan you need to make a reservation few days in advance or they will not take you there even that there are only 3 persons on a boat that day.
If you go to small islands be aware that there are no caffes, shadow... If you do snorkling, you can get sun burns easily.
A pleasant, sleepy fishing district, language barrier may pose a challenge to visitors who do not understand the local dialects although people there do speak simple broken English.
the town is not very clean, you can see trash everywhere. locals are not very friendly, however the international diving schools are very good.
must visit the sibuan island, forget the mabul, kpalai and all those famous island if you are not a scuba diver.
sibuan and boheydulang is a must visit! in boheydulang, make sure you climb for the peak and see the view.it will make you cry.trust me.it is awesome!
