It's important to know there are two towers and it's a long walk if you make the wrong choice. The reception desk (tower 3) is set up to handle crowds but the check process itself is more efficient, read quicker, than most Singapore hotels (I've stayed at almost all the 5 stars in Singapore). The elevators are easily identified (some hotels it takes a road map to find them) and there are enough of them to make the elevator wait not very long (at least while we were there). The room is very well designed - not huge, but certainly not small either. Internet was complimentary, fast with wireless and wired available. We arrived early evening but were tired from the flight so we had room service. It seemed to take longer than the 30 minutes mentioned by the order taker, but the wait wasn't excessive and when it arrived it was a pleasant surprise - my wife had mushroom soup which she declared was the best she'd EVER had - and she's had her share while my hamburger was excellent but too large for me to finish. The server was efficient and very polite - asking if we wanted him to open the beer bottle, set up the trolley where we asked for it and moved chairs around the trolley. IOW, room service was a good experience, repeated for breakfast on our last day as we needed to check out on time to make our flight. The only complaint we had was the security on the 57th floor, while not exactly not like the US TSA, wanted both of us to have the hotel issued "ID" when it was obvious we were together. I suppose some restrictions are necessary to keep the 57th floor from becoming overcrowded with non-hotel guests, but it seemed just a tad excessive. We had several lunches and dinners at the restaurants in the "mall" in the hotel but that would take another whole report - suffice to say the food was outstanding but very expensive - OTH, it's a 5 star hotel and one expects to pay for a nice experience. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Sands.

We planned to grab breakfast around the area, as many restaurants and convenience stores were directly below the hotel. Then, the unexpected happened and the lovely staff was able to accommodate us with an early check-in. Since we were able to check in early we had at it with the breakfast buffet included in our booking. I highly recommend you book with the breakfast buffet for incredibly delicious food and a large spread to choose from. As for the facilities I was blown away by the overall design of the hotel having a very classy/luxury yet artistic appeal to it. I used the 24/7 gym every morning and it was always stocked with towels and cups for the water dispenser. For the room, it was large enough for my wife and I are our luggage and we loved how spacious the bathroom was. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I hope you experience what I’ve experienced.

There are many 5 star hotels in Singapore and the Carlton is up there with the best yet, because it is an independent hotel, it manages to keep its prices very reasonable. There is a great happy hour at the bar a well-maintained pool and gym and the hotel restaurant manages to serve a huge buffet breakfast right through until 11.30am at weekends. The wi-Fi is super-fast and was included in our room rate. We were also upgraded to the premier wing which was nice although the standard wing is perfectly OK too. The only niggle is the car park. Its entrance design is very poor and awkward to reach the ticket machine at the entrance barrier as its on a sharp curve. But parking is free for guests so its only a minor niggle. Check-in and check-out is very efficient but beware the in-room capsule coffee machine. You will be charged for every capsule.

The hotel is still new and very clean and comfortable. As with most Singapore hotels, the rooms are not as big as you would find in other countries but Dorsett has quite comfortable rooms for the prices. There was no bathtub but the shower was good. Another plus is the location, situated right on top of Outram MRT station provides easy access by subway and trains. It is also located right at the start of Chinatown and provides a good location to explore Chinatown while being far enough to be quiet. There are many restaurants and pubs within walking distance from the hotel. Travel to other parts of Singapore is easy by the MRT subway just beneath the hotel. We did not have breakfast provided but it was not a problem as there are plenty of restaurants and fast food a short walk away. Overall, this hotel excels with the service, friendly and help staff, clean and comfortable rooms, centrally located with easy access to train service.

It's also huge which did cause a bit of a delay when checking in BUT the service is great and they checked us in as quickly as they could. They didn't have a room with one bed available for us right away but they sat us in the bar and gave us a cocktail while we waited. The bar there is brilliant. I thought this was a really nice gesture. The location is the absolute highlight of this hotel. It is on top of the Mandarin Gallery which is one of many gorgeous malls in Singapore. It is on Orchard Road, the BEST place to be in Singapore for shopping. Right across the road from the first H&M to open in Singapore and right next door to Cathay Cineleisure which houses a great cinema, shops and restaurants. Ngee Ann City, Wisma Atria & ION are all within minutes walk. Topshop's flagship store is just across the road. I could rave about this hotel all day. We've stayed in about 4 different hotels in Singapore and we both agreed that this will be our automatic "go to" hotel in Singapore from now on.

We are so happy that we chose to spend 5 night a brand new Yotel. *The staff- Very polite caring and helpful. (the best staff we ever had in a hotel) They helped us with planning, adjusted for us the menu to our vegan twists, even cheak and printed for us information about an event in the city! *The location - Perfect location very close to ION mall and MRT station. we mostly used buses. it is nicer to see the city this way (bus stop is even closer and located in front of Thailand embassy) we also liked the hotel located on the beginning of Orchard street. it is very easy to take a bus to see all the street. Since it's a one way street you can get out each time in the stop you like. * The room - small as most rooms in Singapore hotels but designed very smart and functional! we felt like in a space-ship with cool view on the city skyline. * facilities - 10th floor is Amazing! the gym is very good and new! The restaurant is amazing with very good prices. We got a 50% discount for breakfast for choosing to eat only fruits and veges in the morning :) kitchen is open till 22:30 and we used to get nice evening vegan fruit and veges salad that was adjusted for us! Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. we relay appreciate every one of you! You are areal Pros! Best Regards, Daniel & Sarit

My family and I stayed at hotel boss for 4 days in a family room with balcony (good for 4 pax).Over all the hotel room is brand new since the hotel just started last year. Everything are still crisp. Staff are all nice, helpfull, accomodating and smiling. The location is great, there are 2 MRT stations near it (Bugis Statiob and Lavender Station) which is about 5 minutes away through walking and a bus stop just right outside the hotel door. Mustafa center and bugis shopping mall is near. There are also tourist attractions near the area like Haji Lane wall art and Mosques. There is a 24/7 fast food chain (food clique) within the hotel premises which I find convenient because you don't have to worry getting hungry after a long day walking around singapore. A money changer, convenient store, restaurants, winery, and souvenir shops are also in the premises. I just hope they would maintain its cleanliness and beauty. Our room is small though for a family of 4. Our big suitcases can't just be open all the time because it'll obstruct our walk way and there is no closet. And also you have to request for a "Do not Disturb" sign, sometimes they're running out of it. Room lighting is nice and the wall art at the bed frame is beautiful. The balcony is big and spacious. Bathroom is nice, and clean with amenities; no bidet spray though. Shower temperature is good. Room is complete with compact fridge, tv, safety box, water boiler, and compimentary coffee & tea. The bed is good, didn't feel any back pain and good fluffly soft pillows. Nice hotel amenities with their pool overlooking Singapore Flyer and the tip of Marina Bay Sands. Generally the Hotel is at great great location, brand new, best value for money, and comfortable place to stay. I would choose to stay at this hotel again once I'm back in singapore. I would rate this hotel 9/10 👏👏👏👍. My family had a great time and payment is hassle free thanks to agoda ☺️👍. Satisfied guest here! Great Job Hotel Boss!

we visited singapore for our honeymoon trip. and i believe that one of the best decisions, which we made for our honeymoond trip was to stay in crystal club room of grand park orchard hotel. the grand park orchard hotel is located in a very convenient location, so you can go anywhere of singapore in 1 hour via bus or metro. it faces takeshimaya and paragon, so you can enjoy your shopping anytime when you need. i promise your wife will love it. also, takeshimaya has underground way to orchard station. so you do not need to worry about the famous hot and humid weather of singapore. the crystal club has wonderful tea, very best staffs, delicious food, and good services - but the cocktail night was so so. the staffs are very well-trained, educated, and friendly. the food - breakfast -was delicious. the staffs knows what i need and they are very helpful. finaly, the crystal club room has a laudary service of 2 cloths for free everyday, which was very good!!!!! it has gym and free water at gym; however, it is pretty small and does not have workout cloths. the hotel room was beautiful; but i felt that room was relatively small comparing to other 5 star hotels in singapore. but, it is not as small as other singapore hotels. if i have other chance to visit singapore with my wife, i will surely stay that hotel, grand park orchard hotel.

ok first off, good luck at finding a decent cheaper priced hotel in the center of singapore. my boyfriend picked our first hotel in singapore located in chinatown called the chinatown hotel and it was awful. thank god we only spent one night there. so our impression of singapore hotels was not so good. we prayed the v hotel would be better- and it was! don't expect a huge room, but do expect a nicely furnished, clean room with more than 1 channel on the tv, a safe, and plenty of hot water. they are like upscale dorm rooms, but with a nice pool in the middle courtyard. also i didn't see any roaches like i did at the chinatown hotel. i also can't say enough about the location- you could not be any closer to the subway than this! lavender is the metro stop. once you leave the station make a left into a food court and walk past it. once you get to the corner you will see it on your right- v hotel! also some of the food places in the food court are open 24 hours and are very tasty. plus the station is in direct route to the sia airport, raffles hotel, raffles mall, etc. we were only spending the night so we took the train from sia, spent the night, then took the first train the next day back to the airport which came at 6:30am. we arrived to the airport around 7am. it was so easy! i highly recommend this hotel to budget travelers, stop overs and short stays. there is no comparison to the price and value of this hotel. i will definitely stay there again!

Sentosa Island was a real revelation to us, having frequently visited Singapore on stopovers and business trips. It has appeared in the spotlight recently with the development of Singapore's second Casino at Resorts World, and the adjoining Universal Studios. But the Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa Resort is the antithesis of any casino or theme park complex. It is the only beachfront resort on Sentosa (and in Singapore I think), providing an island escape atmosphere just a kilometer or so from the more manic resorts. About 50 metres off the beach is a large pool area with designated adult/child/wading areas, which keeps things well under control. Rooms were very well appointed and serviced, with most having views over the pool and garden areas, if not ocean views as well. Service was simply excellent, as were the transport options for getting around the island to visit other resorts, or shuttling into the shopping complexes - all free! Food was also excellent. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with options to sit in air conditioned comfort or outside amongst the island style views of the pool and ocean (if you can ignore the freighters moored off shore). Probably the best property in Singapore catering to families with children - which was the only thing that made us hesitant to book here, since we wanted relaxation. But the layout and facilities kept children entertained without intruding on adults enjoyment. So I give them full marks there. But I would probably still avoid it during school holidays.

I've mostly stayed in the 2, 3-star Singapore hotels for most of my travels there since I hardly use the rooms. But this time around, I decided to bump up and booked the York Hotel. Although it's probably a 5-10 min walk from Orchard Road, it's actually not that bad. Sits right beside the Hospital and across the boutique Quincy hotel. It's clean, looks classy, newly renovated it seems, so it's fresh and not as stuffy as the other 3/4-star hotel range. Overall, worth the upgrade of 50$ from your usual 100$-range hotel line. Cons, not a lot of cable channels, tub-size is same as other 3-stars, but much much cleaner. No free breakfast. But other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for those that don't want to spend for 5-star hotels, but want an upgrade from the 3-star range.

I paid by SGD credit card issued by a Singapore bank to pay for a singapore hotel through a .com.sg web site, but charged in USD. same as other customers that when I emailed my enqiry on this issue, no reply first and followed by no direct answer from agoda at all. obviously cheat its customers this way. I checked with two other singapore local hotel booking .com web sites and called them to confirm that they will charge in SGD for any SGD credit card payment, comparatively i paid more and with a very unhappy ending. Beside exchange rate, this hotel is good in all aspect including its price range.

Near the hotel so many choices of restaurant and one of famous hawker center (the Balestier hawker center) if you want to try durian go to combat durian just 6 minutes walk. Ramada Singapore hotel is perfect for me and my family because this hotel is connected to zhongshan mall. Inside the mall you can choose any kinds of selection of foods. And on the second floor in this mall there's fair price dept.store. i would recommend this hotel to family trips with children. Should try the gym and swimming pool perfect for after hot sunny day 😊👍 for sure will come.back here again. Oh one more thing thank you Roy (front office) for the fast check in process and fulfill.my request of the room. Thank you. Best regards verdynan

Hotel could do way better with a bit more TLC in the hallways, a little freshup of colours and general cleaning of the bathrooms (not just the everyday stuff). 24 check-in worked very well for us. Location was great for shopping on Orchard Rd, if you like shopping. Considering other experiences in Singapore, the hotel is ok for the price. The pool is great and the kids pool is actually pretty good with it's 40cm depth. There is some streetfood available just outside the hotel, Starbucks and other well known restaurants/cafes are just 3 mins walking distance away. Took us 20 mins with pram to walk to Chinatown. So, if you don't want to pay for a highend hotel in Singapore and need a convenient place to stay, this one is ok and won't break the bank.

If we want to travel by using MRT, there was an esplanade MRT station next to the hotel and city hall interchange MRT Station (15 minutes walk). The only bad news for the hotel was : - accidentally we found "2 cockroach" at our bathroom as we entered. Anyway we will stay again at this hotel if we want to visit Singapore again.

Yes it is a little on the high side, but which hotel in Singapore isnt specially now it is the school holiday season, and year end shopping season. Thumbs up, hope that the management continue to do a great job.

The room is spacious with huge window facing the main road. Best thing of the hotel is that they provide you with Handy smartphone that you can bring outside the hotel to access the internet so if you don't get a SIM card or wifi pocket in Singapore, this is really handy (no pun intended). There is convenience store and food court that's open until 2 AM just across the street. I definitely will be coming back next time I visit Singapore!

We've stayed in around a dozen 5 star business hotels in Singapore and this is our favourite. The hotel is modern and chic and everything is perfectly clean. The location is brilliant, 100m from a station, 50m from a supermarket (with a 7 day pharmacy inside) and 100m from a hawkers centre. The staff are efficient, warm and professional.

On our way back from a quit long trip away decided that taking a stop over in Singapore would be a good idea. We are so pleased that we did, our stay at the Amara was wonderful. Being located close to China Town there are many local places to eat if you wish to enjoy food from there. If you intend to eat in the hotel you will find the food and service excellent, although a little expensive (no more than any other hotel in Singapore though). On arrival we were a little early for check in but that was no problem for the staff, we were asked if we minded waiting while the concierge went up to check if the room was ready. This was no problem as we were able to enjoy a well made pot of tea from the wonderful selection on offer from the in-house tea shop. With in what was only a few minuets the staff came and informed us that the room was ready and that our bags were in there already. The room we were in was on the 15th floor and was all we could ask for. The bed was comfortable, the room large and plenty of room in the bathroom area to move around in with a shower that was hot and strong. Every day the room was cleaned the bed made and clean fresh towels put in the bathroom. After taking a short walk around the area we decided to return to the hotel and take a welcome relaxing swim before dinner and heading to the bar. Once again as all-over Singapore drinks were a little more expensive than we are used to in Australia but there was a good range and a long happy hour. The next evening after only being in the bar once it was nice to be greeted with a smile and hello again from the bar staff. I am happy to say how they were professional enough to remember what we had been drinking and how we liked our drinks. The bar has live music most evenings and is a great place to wind down or have a drink after dinner prior to retiring. The staff in the hotel could not have been more helpful or informative, nothing was to much to ask. Every time we were leaving or arriving the doo

Next come we come back to Singapore we will definitely stay again. We have stayed at a few hotels in Singapore, and this is the best one we have had.

It may look old in external but the room is clean and well maintained. The price is reasonable as Singapore hotel is expensive in general. The room size is acceptable and the food is alright as well. It is near MRT station, with North East Line and Downtown Line, you can easily reaching Singapore famous place of interest such as Sentosa, Marina Bay Sand, Garden by the bay, Singapore Flyer etc.Regardless of price, I will choose Furama over any hotel in Orchard Road or City Hall.

Staff was very friendly, we were in awe after seeing the pool area and completely fell in love with this hotel. The view from our room overlooked the sea through a window the size of a wall. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel is located right by the beach and close to tram and train stops.Sure the hotel room itself, mainly the bathroom might need a bit of an update, but it was clean and housekeeping kept it that way everyday. However, the pool, view, breakfast and all other positive aspects made up for the slight outdated look. A young, active couple as ourselves do not spend much time in the room anyway. We have stayed in other hotels in Singapore city before, which are of a higher standard, but still prefer Siloso Beach Resort to any of those. We will absolutely stay here again next time we visit Singapore.

After spending hours looking for Singapore hotels, we settled on Park Hotel At Ferrier Park. I’m very glad that we did. Nice sized rooms, super friendly and attentive staff, stellar housekeeping (rooms cleaned daily), fantastic facilities. The fitness center was a nice surprise, and will gave most of what you need if you take fitness seriously. Dumbbells only go up to 14kg, but that’s to be expected. The cybergym multi-machine hits all muscle groups, and the five cardio machines are top-notch and in great shape. Fitness center was luxuriously empty. My only complaints (both very minor) are that the pillows were too firm and the elevators took a long time during peak hues. Both very minor things. The obligatory breakfast can get crowded, but there was always enough food. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would stay here again when visiting Singapore.

As a family of three (two adults and one 7 year old) we wanted a hotel of quality at a reasonable price in a convenient location. We found all that and more at the Concorde Hotel Singapore – perfect for our quick Singapore business+leisure trip. Located at the "lower" end of Orchard Road, the hotel is spacious and fashionably renovated. Large open atrium lobby (with internal glass lifts) gives spacious feel. The service was exemplary from check-in/out; the concierge desk was efficient and friendly, and the Premier Lounge staff were great. Pay the extra few $$ and book a Premier Room – you'll get access to the Premier Lounge – breakfast, all day coffee/tea/snacks, evening drinks, speedy check-in/out and the Premier Rooms are more top floor, spacious and beautifully decorated. Despite no "view", the location makes up for it. Located above a shopping mall (everything from shoes to a food-hall/hawkers stands), the Concorde is an easy one block walk to Dhouby Ghaut MRT station, with taxis at the front door. Five mins walk up Orchard Rd and you're in the thick of shopping & fod heaven – from typical hawkers stands to 5 star gourmet dining. The Tour Desk in the lobby is linked to one of the large local travel companies - the staff are helpful and efficient and you can buy tickets to attractions (e.g. Singapore Zoo, Universal Studios etc) cheaper than at the destinations themselves. The free Universal Studios shuttle bus stops at the hotel on the half hour, and the Singapore Attractions Express Bus will cost you only $S5 (adult) each way to the zoo ... sure beats the cab fare. The hotel's restaurant is first class (and very reasonably priced) - popular with local diners as well as hotel guests. All in all - a great Singapore hotel option!!

I've been staying in many hotels in Singapore and I'm definitely sure this is one of the BEST. Why best? Because it is a 5* hotel with an affordable price, merely 1-min-walk to Farrer Park Mrt Station, surroundings are quiet(this might be according to preference-we love it), staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, they greet you and nod their head showing respect to you whenever you walk passing them, a very clean and neat room with great choice of lighting. We initially booked the urban room, however it was fully-booked when we arrived, so we were given a free upgrade to family room which we appreciate so much. I know this is quite a new hotel so they put lots of efforts in their service. I sincerely wish this hotel could maintain everything well and I will definitely comeback to stay here again.
Cheapest hotels in Singapore

The room is clean and simple, I especially love their TV with DVD players and USB cable ^__^ There is One 7-11 store located next to them so what you need is there , but save your money on Drinks by buying them at the hotel , they cheaper ^__^ I don't know about the hotels dinner cause I always eating out, food in Singapore is great ^__^ Beside the hotel services , it only takes about 10 minutes walk to China town , 5 minutes walk to Clark Quay MRT - The biggest MRT station in Singapore , at the MRT , you can go everywhere , Orchard Road , Marina Bay .... And only about 1,20$ , save up a lot from Taxi and use your money for food and shopping. * Additional Note : Because the hotel only give you Toast and Jam for breakfast , you can also seek out for instant breakfast choices like Instant chicken rice that selling in the 7-11 store next door , then just put them in the Hotel's Microwave and you can have a nice breakfast with only 4$ ^__^ All and all , I have no complains ^__^ try it , I did ^__^

The place is great and has both perks and troubles. The machine will tell you when it gives you your key so make sure you read it. It’s literally two seconds away from an MRT station to which I’d say get an EZ link card it’s the Oyster card of Singapore. The rooms are clean and they have draws that your keycard can lock and unlock to open and close. The breakfast isn’t the best but Singapore has a traditional breakfast called kaya toast that you dip in egg which you get get as a meal from loads of stored. The closest in Chinatown can be found on the top end of the food street or in hawker centres all over the city no matter where you are. Hope this helps and have fun :)

Nano Hotel is ideally located in Singapore and within 1 minute walking distance of Al Junied MRT. The staff are very cordial especially Mr. Abi. I would recommend this Hostel for aspiring Travellers to Singapore. Wifi is very well connected to all rooms. They serve free breakfast as well. Rajesh India

My 6 year old daughter got sick while we were in Singapore. We were checked in at Indie Hostel. The staff were very helpful in assisting our needs and were even guiding us in finding a clinic where I could bring my daughter for check up. The staff were very attentive to our needs and very friendly. Thank you Morna and Kash!

Nothing and nowhere in the world that I've been to can beat this hostel experience with a friendly and genuine community. Me and my colleagues all felt at home and much of our needs (even humor needs) were attended to. The staffs, particularly, contributed to our holistic Singapore experience. Sean welcomed us along with his colleagues at around 4am - stayed awake just to give us a warm welcome. Throughout our journey in Singapore, the crew and Joyfor community brought us clarity and guidance in how we can hack our Singapore trip to make it authentic and budget-friendly. The owner, on the other hand, is humble and accommodating - greeting each one of us and sharing stories with us despite busy schedules. For the place itself, I am hands down with regards to the value for money. The rooms plus the self-service breakfast exceeded the amount we paid for. The rooms are decent and the comfort rooms are totally clean. In short, booking this hostel is not just about the decent comfortable accommodation, but it's about the story, people and community behind it. For the rest of the hostel communities, there's so much more to learn from the Joyfor family. Thank you for the priceless experience - I want to give this a 200% rating if allowed to!

The mattress is plastic wrapped and fresh sheets are waiting in your locker upon arrival. No bed bugs. The bathrooms are also kept pretty clean, except some clogged sinks. Breakfast area is clean. The staff are nice and friendly. Facilities are fine. Only 2 toilets and 2 showers per floor of 24 beds, so there can be a queue. Some of the bunks also have bent bed supports because some couples share 1 bunk bed, so you can sink in or feel a hard bar in the middle. Wifi can also be a bit weak due to # sharing. Free breakfast is toast with butter, PB, nutella, and jam, plus coffee and tea. Only negative is the guests. Seems many are budget travelers/couples with no etiquette -- first night I had to kick out a girl from my bed, another night a guy took my sheets, on phone with no headphones at 1am, etc.

Things I hope they will improve are: - Get rid of the musty smell from clothes in the mixed dorm by preparing some hangers or the space for the guests hang their clothes outside - Create the partition to help the female dorm has its own entrance space - The soundproofing isn't really good, we heard the shout, noise outside and couldn't sleep well

Arrived here at half past 1 in the afternoon on the 28th of February 2017. My flight from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore was only for about an hour. The flight, being flown in by an LCC, arrived at T1 of Changi International Airport. This means that after immigration, I would have to take the Skytrain (free) to T3 where the MRT station is located. And since I already have an EZ link card (a card that can be used towards train and bus rides throughout Singapore), I immediately got in the train station and waited for the train. EZ link cards can be bought at the train station. Approximately SGD10++ (USD7++). If you are from the airport, the next train station/stop is Expo and finally, Tanah Mera MRT Station. Train service terminates here. This is the Green Line. And since I was going to Footprints, I would have to change train (still on the Green Line) towards the city. And after about 8 stations later, I alighted at the Bugis MRT Station. And then I had to change to Blue Line (called the Downtown Line), which was a bit of a walk from the Green Line (but good exercise) for one more stop to Rochor MRT Station. I finally got out of the train station and total fare costs about SGD2.50. I immediately saw Perak Road (take Exit B) and was like counting the numbers on each establishment (each one is numbered though ). Footprints is at 25A and was easy to spot. Hostel is located within walking distance to Sim Lim Square (electronics and gadgets store of Singapore) and the Bugis area. Check-in was the most organized I've seen in all of hostels I've stayed. I was given a bed sheet (which I had to put myself), a pillow, pillowcase and rented an SGD4 a day towel (SGD2 will be refunded upon check-out). They will give you free wifi which was pretty fast. And also the access code to access the area where all rooms are located. You will also be given a key to the room. AC was working well. I was also asked for a deposit of SGD20 which can be refunded during check-out. I had a 12-bed dor

Recomended hostel in singapore Next time if i go to singapore, i'll back to stay in here. Friendly staf, room full Ac, large room with inside bathroom (family room), but not tv in room but its okay with the low price. And once more near to Mrt and halal restaurant.. Near to bus stop . Near to city mall, mustafa center and the best choice for your stay..

This hostel had a 6.9 rating when I booked it, I stayed in places that were like 8 or 9 stars in Singapore. Genuinely don't understand why this hostel has such a lower rating, guy by the reception is nice, the rooms are fine and beds are fine. It's a hostel. All in all good stay.

This is a fantastic hostel. The beds are in little cabins rather than bunks so although in a dorm, it almost feels like you are in your own room (except there is a sniffing man that has not encountered tissues). I was meeting friends in Singapore so I cannot comment on the social aspect of the hostel but it is fantastic for the lone traveller. It is located near the red light district but Singapore is very safe. There are pleant of restaurants near by and a couple of streets behind the hostel, walking towards the CBD, there are plenty of bars to be found. Little India provides a glimpse of Singapore not always encountered by travellers- away from the glitzy malls and pristine streets.

Just right across the hostel there is the bus terminal (sort of like a depot rather than the usual bus stop), just cross the road and you will be spoilt with many bus routes covering most parts of Singapore. Walk further for another 3 minutes and you will reach the Kallang MRT station which is just 20 minutes away from the airport.

They moved us absolutely no worries to a 4 bed dorm although it was a little more expensive it’s bigger, much less people and totally worth it. Breakfast is basic but absolutely fine. Cereal, toast, coffee and juice. Filled us up! Standard hostel breakfast. Would stay here again when visiting Singapore!! Thank you.

Simple bread, butter and jam but all good - Staff were very hospitable and friendly. Belinda made me feel like I'm home - Clean and complete facilities; enough of bathrooms and shower rooms, power socket near bed, drinking water, hair dryer, iron - Close to cheap and delicious Singapore Chicken Rice in front of Clarke Quay Central mal - Internet works perfectly Cons: - No lift in property. And if you bring bag from the train station at wee hours most elevator from station will be off and you'll have to go through many many stairs... - Blanket is thin. And the AC is full-power. But Belinda gave me extra blanket so it was sorted out! - No shampoo and you have to pay for towel use

We were greeted next morning at a lively pantry for breakfast and had lots of fun with the other guests which to me was important as atmosphere matters in a backpacker's hostel. The staff were friendly and informative providing the right information and lots of hints on the best places to look and explore around Singapore! They are also just 1 minute away from the FARRER PARK MRT and also very near MUSTAFA CENTER, the shopping mall that has nearly everything! The whole place was very clean as they had a no shoes policy which was new to me but good in my opinion! Will definitely be back!

Hotels provide bread and jam for breakfast. We had other plan so we didn't try the bread. We were staying in a female dormitory for a double bed. I think it is not very suitable for travelers who have too many bags. The space in the room is not enough, so it may bring troubles to other. By the way, the hostel is quite close to Lavender station and very convenient!

As this is not my first visit to Singapore, I must say that this hostel has the cleanest rooms and bathrooms, a wide variety for breakfast, 24 hours pantry services, a big common area for their guests (it actually looks exactly like in their gallery photos) I have experienced, albeit the lack of space in the rooms that can be improved hopefully in the near future. It is located at a very strategic area with food options just at your doorstep. The bus stop is just right out front and shopping spots are just a few stops away. However, if you just need a place to stay, cheap and is not fussed about space, then I highly recommend B88 Hostel to anyone anyday.

If you don't like going barefoot within common areas best to bring bedroom slippers as they have a no slippers rule in the hostel. No problems going on barefoot as the floors are clean and you will see their staff cleaning it often times in a day. If you are just looking for a place to sleep as you go around Singapore this is the best place. Very good location near the mrt, there are also interesting restaurants and food stalls and there's a neaby mall where there is good exchange rate and cheap finds. I would highly recommend, and will go back next time.

I checked in at 2pm (you have to deposit 20 SGD, which they give to you when you return the key), and only went back to the hostel to sleep, my stuff was safe because they give u a small locker besides the rooms to store any items of value or clothes. They serve morning breakfast (Toasts and coffee/tea) from 8AM - 10AM, free strong wifi. If you need a towel or iron, its an extra 2 SGD. Since the Malaysian crew at the airport threw my toothpaste (apparently you can't carry liquids that have more than 200ml to Singapore), I was always borrowing toothpaste from the other guests haha. Because they don't provide it in the toilets (Toothpaste and soap), so make sure you bring your own. There good cafes nearby, ATM is a bit far, so make sure you have money all the time. And Nightclubs + Massage houses nearby too.

First stay at Dorsett Singapore but I have been to the lobby to pick up guests before. The staff service was impeccable as before. Service was good and friendly.

Great Job Hotel Boss!

ok first off, good luck at finding a decent cheaper priced hotel in the center of singapore. my boyfriend picked our first hotel in singapore located in chinatown called the chinatown hotel and it was awful. thank god we only spent one night there. so our impression of singapore hotels was not so good. we prayed the v hotel would be better- and it was! don't expect a huge room, but do expect a nicely furnished, clean room with more than 1 channel on the tv, a safe, and plenty of hot water. they are like upscale dorm rooms, but with a nice pool in the middle courtyard. also i didn't see any roaches like i did at the chinatown hotel. i also can't say enough about the location- you could not be any closer to the subway than this! lavender is the metro stop. once you leave the station make a left into a food court and walk past it. once you get to the corner you will see it on your right- v hotel! also some of the food places in the food court are open 24 hours and are very tasty. plus the station is in direct route to the sia airport, raffles hotel, raffles mall, etc. we were only spending the night so we took the train from sia, spent the night, then took the first train the next day back to the airport which came at 6:30am. we arrived to the airport around 7am. it was so easy! i highly recommend this hotel to budget travelers, stop overs and short stays. there is no comparison to the price and value of this hotel. i will definitely stay there again!

A nice hotel in a very good location close to Bugis market and Rochor MRT . Had requested early check in but was not offered . Was offered early checkin a payable room upgrade which did not opt for. The best part of the hotel was the Handy phone which was provided which helped us during the stay and also book Attraction tickets with huge discounts.

We had prior to our arrival read the comments of this hotel and found them not very positive overall. Our experience upon arrival was something completely different.

I am usually on a budget when I get into the Lion City and this hotel provided comfort, customer service, convenience and wireless internet for the kind of not-so-outrageous budget I always have. The staff were attentive, when I needed something from housekeeping they always kept me replenished with bottled water, towels etc. It was very nice to be with very accommodating staff and reception was also very efficient as well, whenever I needed my internet cards and also when it came to checking in and checking out. THe beds were at par with the best hotels in Singapore and that contributed to great nights' sleep for me. THe pool was charming also and very unexpected considering the hotel was at a very central location and there was an MRT construction going on. THe WHOLE hotel was kept CLEAN despite the rumble and rubble of the construction nearby and this is very impressive. I will definitely come back!!!

But public transport in Singapore is always very easy, and I didn't miss being near Orchard Road or Marina Bay. Breakfast was very good. Not the best I've had but definitely not the worst! A decent variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean. If you travel in Singapore much, you find out that older hotels, even 4-star ones, tend to have a little mold in the bathrooms. Since this was a brand-new hotel, the bathroom was absolutely immaculate! The pool was nice. The restaurants beneath the hotel were very good. I especially enjoyed Carpenter and Cook.

It has 7-11 shops available near by so u can get your break fast/snack anytime while on your way out or back to hotel. It has a neat swimming pool on roof top accessible by lift 1 only with an outstanding view of the vicinity. Recommend a panoramic photo from there. Hotel has two entrances, the other one opens towards the main Orchard Road, where you can find a number of malls like Orchard Point, Orchard Central, Ngee Ann city center, 313 Somerset, Apple Store. This road has multiple bus stops. Get yourself a 3-days Singapore Tourist Pass for unlimited trips to MRT & Public busses. Both have a/c so thats a relieve in 35C temp during the day. The hotel has a Tour Desk where as i suggest using Klook app to book at activities ranging from Universal Studio, Sentosa fun pass, Zoo, Night Safari, Gardens by the bay, bird sanctuary etc. This way you will not need to stand in ticket lines. Just book and show the online receipt to the gate keepers who will let you in :) do visit asian museum on Raffles stop, Fullerton road for Merlion. Good quality shopping is available at Bugis Junction (Bugis stop via MRT and exit towards Bugis Junction). Do not goto Little India, its very dirty and a mall there with the name of Al Mustafa Center (although cheap) but has terrible / poor quality products. You will be disappointed. Visit East Coast bay near Marina bays for a quite beach spot. Good for camping. On your way out to Airport, book a taxi via Grab Ap and it will cost you a max of $17 SGD till terminal 4 airport. Upon arrival, get a $15 SGD sim from Klook app It will give you 100GB worth 4G internet And free calls to last you easily 8-10 days even. Pick up point at Cheers store on level 2. Use mini bus to reach your hotel. It will cost you $SGD 9 per person with a travel time of 25-30mins. Booking stand is location at last level. They charge credit card and d

The room I booked was the cheapest but was very nice and a good size for singapore hotels. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom area with separate toilet and shower cubicals. Hotel sits on top of a shopping mall which is right on Somerset MRT Station. Just a few mins walk to Orchard Road and only a few stops away from all the attractions on the waterfront. Didn't eat at the hotel but breakfast looked good as did the seafood buffet that they serve on fri and sat. Also great area on the rooftop for a swim or a drink. Really lovely place to enjoy the city skyline.

Highly recommnended value for money in Singapore. I'll stay here again.

Not my first time staying here and won't be my last. I have stayed in many hotels in Singapore and mostly 5 star hotels. However I tried Parc Sovereign as the name at least had a Welsh connection. Glad I did stay. Staff are excellent, helpful as much as they can and very professional. Just a great experience staying there. Well done.

They also have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was really perfect for me because most serviced apartments who offer 2 bedrooms only have 1 shared bathroom. The interior is quite old already but for me, it doesn't really matter because everything still works just fine and the place is really clean, complete with everything we needed. They actually provided more stuff than what we expected. I was also very happy that they cleaned the unit every other day as compared to other serviced apartments who only offers 1x a week cleaning. Their staff are also very accommodating. I cannot say anything negative about this place. I just wish they will accept short term bookings soon. I will definitely stay here if I ever have to stay in Singapore for a week or longer.

Somerset Liang is located in a location quite close to central Orchard about 15 minutes walk. Next door is a commercial center that does not taste very good, about 5 $ / 1 part. We are very comfortable and beautiful in 2PN apartment. The large PN bathroom has a spacious, spacious bathtub. I am most satisfied that the kitchen is very comfortable and clean. Large living room, long sofa. Staff here are quite sympathetic. Getting a taxi very fast. Next door is Novotel. If traveling with family and children for many days, this is the best option for living like a real home. Cooking savings. Laundry drying, washing machine is set with full washing powder. However, the washing machine is quite difficult to use. Due to the construction of the 36-year-old lobby, the bad looking old floors. But the room is new and beautiful. Very beautiful swimming pool, there is a poetic tea table on the 8th floor. The ideal choice of Vietnamese people in Singapore.

As an academic I am in Singapore for 2-3 days perhaps 4-5 times annually. Singapore is generally expensive, but there are three places I would think to stay as what I would call acceptable Singapore budget hotels. The RELC is probably my favorite, based upon location near the upper end of Orchard Road. The only thing I would really criticize there is the breakfast. Skip it in favor of Starbucks or McDonalds 300 meters away on Orchard Road. The facilities are limited to what I would call Asian three star standard, but you can go next door to the Shangrila if you need a nice upscale meeting place, etc. (burgers at the top-floor Shangrila Blu Bar are tastiest in Singapore in my opinion, if expensive). My second most favorite is the Ft Canning Lodge, a YWCA affiliate closer to the Clarke Quay and Parliament neighborhood. The breakfast is acceptable there, but the laundromat facilities are not as good as RELC. My third most favorite, a step down and which I typically only book if RELC or the Ft Canning Lodge are unavailable, are a couple of backpackers' hostels on Hong Kong Street, which have a few private rooms with shared bathroom facilities. If cost is a concern the hostel rooms are cheaper, but the trade off is that the bathroom facilities are shared (and the laundromat facilities are also below RELC or the Ft Canning Lodge). Hong Kong Street is well placed close to Boat Quay and the Parliament areas. I think there are two of the different chain hostels on Hong Kong Street, running under different names, but both have a few private rooms.

One of the most famous shopping spot in Singapore i.e. Mustafa Center is only 15 minutes walking distance from this hotel. The nearest MRT (Little India station) is 10 minutes walking distance. Apart from that, as for the hotel, wife & I loved the room - it was more spacious than the average size of hotels in Singapore. The bed was comfortable. Other facilities such as free car park was useful for us. Would surely stay in this hotel again in my next trip to Singapore.

We've stayed in about 4 different hotels in Singapore and we both agreed that this will be our automatic "go to" hotel in Singapore from now on.

we visited singapore for our honeymoon trip. and i believe that one of the best decisions, which we made for our honeymoond trip was to stay in crystal club room of grand park orchard hotel. the grand park orchard hotel is located in a very convenient location, so you can go anywhere of singapore in 1 hour via bus or metro. it faces takeshimaya and paragon, so you can enjoy your shopping anytime when you need. i promise your wife will love it. also, takeshimaya has underground way to orchard station. so you do not need to worry about the famous hot and humid weather of singapore. the crystal club has wonderful tea, very best staffs, delicious food, and good services - but the cocktail night was so so. the staffs are very well-trained, educated, and friendly. the food - breakfast -was delicious. the staffs knows what i need and they are very helpful. finaly, the crystal club room has a laudary service of 2 cloths for free everyday, which was very good!!!!! it has gym and free water at gym; however, it is pretty small and does not have workout cloths. the hotel room was beautiful; but i felt that room was relatively small comparing to other 5 star hotels in singapore. but, it is not as small as other singapore hotels. if i have other chance to visit singapore with my wife, i will surely stay that hotel, grand park orchard hotel.

The places had great location, because it was near to esplanade theater, merlion landmark, singapore flyer and marina bay sands (walking approx 30 minute).

The rooms are big compared to Singapore standards. We had a cot supplied free of charge for our room and there was still enough room for our child to roam around. Had no fridge in the beginning but got one supplied to us straight away no hassles at all. Location is a big plus. Being at city hall, you are only a few stops from anywhere central. Next come we come back to Singapore we will definitely stay again. We have stayed at a few hotels in Singapore, and this is the best one we have had.

I stayed in the Constellation room, which comes with a private jacuzzi. I stayed in the Constellation room, which comes with a private jacuzzi. The room is beautiful, clean and even though it has a private jacuzzi and daybed outside in the balcony, the set up is designed in a way that it is private yet not covered. The view is breathtaking and service provided by all the attentive and well trained staff was beyond my expectations. However, I think some maintenance can be improved to make it outstanding. 1. The connection of the TV was not very good so most channels produced a streaky image. 2. 3 buttons on the jacuzzi were faulty so the full experience could not be enjoyed and 1 component from the jacuzzi fell apart shortly after turning it on. 3. The wireless telephone was always out of battery and would turn off in the midst of a phone call despite being left on the charging dock. 4. Room service for breakfast was a little disappointing. The egg benedict was tasteless and my hot cappuccino which I requested to come with soy milk, had lumpy and curdled residue towards the end of the drink. Food portion was also rather small. Overall, my stay with Capella was exceptional and it is indeed one of, if not, the best hotel in Singapore. The location, quality of service and it's ability to transport you away from the bustle and stress of Singapore, is worth a visit.

I would highly recommend Swissotel Hotel Singapore to my family and friends alike.

First, there was no bell boy to carry my bags when I checked in. Being a single girl travelling, did they expect me to carry somewhat 30 kgs by myself. SEcond, It was very hard to request for early check in unlike other 5-stars hotel in Singapore that I used to stay before. Third, it was extremely difficult to catch a taxi from this hotel. I had to wait for almost an hour. I then requested the staff to call and book a taxi for me as I needed to go somewhere urgently. However, the hotel staff told me that they could not get through the taxi service. My suggestion: call another taxi company if one couldnt get through. Singapore has many taxi companies.

My wife and I frequently travel to Singapore but this was the first time we stayed at the Ascott Orchard Hotel as we were not aware the hotel could accommodate short term staying guests. We were very impressed by its sleek modern architecture, its quiet and serene environment (very different than other hotels in the Orchard area) as well as the welcome extended to us by the hotel staff who made great efforts to find us a room even though we had arrived quite early in the morning. Our Studio Executive room with a large double bed was comfortable, very well equipped with all amenities including a microwave oven and had a large bathroom with a great shower area. Also worth mentioning was the Soundbar placed below the TV, which you do not find in many hotels in Singapore. So overall, we had a great stay at the Ascott Orchard Hotel and would not hesitate to return when we visit Singapore again the the future.

The location is perfect for business travelers working in the CBD and breakfast at the Lime restaurant is awesome. Considering it is a new hotel, you might want to make sure that you give a full address to your cab driver, as there are two Park Royal Hotels in Singapore.

Nice modern design. Balcony facing the pool. The swimming pool is awesome, so BIG! Kids can enjoy at the man made beach, while adult can enjoy swimming at the lap pool, or rent a pool side cabana to chill with friends. Best location, just 10mins walk to Univrsal Studio & The Sea Aquarium and main attraction at Sentosa Islands. Cons : Should provide Free wifi for guest. The design of the bathroom is weird, semi tranparent glass door might only suitable for honeymooner. Fitness centre too small, less equipments. No sauna/ steambath/ jaccuzi.

We stayed at this hotel for our Wedding anniversary in May 2016 and a week later, we came back with the children to share what we’ve experience. Following that, till the end of 2016, We’ve gone for another 23 more Stay cations in Singapore, all 4 Star & above. After each Stay cation, my Wife & Children will give their opinion & the Equarius always came up as the best they have been to partially because so far, this hotel has the Biggest and Well Furnished Deluxe Rooms that they have stayed in. The Toilet has Good Quality toiletries and the Design is Sophisticated and Spacious that it makes you feel like a rich person. How I wished I had this in my own home ( Probably Sleep in it - LOL!!! ). The Pen – (Haha!!!), never seen such Good Quality in any hotel before, ( Just Like a Mont Blanc ) and the best part is that its in a Deluxe room. This is the only hotel that we ordered Room Service because the food price is almost the equivalent to eating in the restaurant. ( The Food Trolley when fully open [ Wala!!! ] becomes a Table ). Don’t know what the other hotels offer – Haha!!! Sorry, Not much Experience on Dining in (LOL)!!! We love the Swinging pool but we had to walk out of the hotel to get to it and it’s more of a Resort style and beats the rectangular stereotype ones you can find in almost every hotel in Singapore. When we were checking in, someone came out from the front desk to usher us to the next available station and honestly, majority of the hotels we've been to, the front desk staff never leave their station & you will find people giving you that look (Hey!!! I came here first ). While checking in, the front desk manager ( Hana ), heard my wife mention that it is our 25th Wedding anniversary & she initiated to upgrade our room to a Suite and personally escorted us to the Suite & later send up a Complementary Bottle of Wine to add to our Celebration. ( I secretly copied her name from her name tag - We were speechless, & Very Very Happy ). A

The hotel is looked like beehives from outside, very impressive and creative. This hotel is by far the best hotel we stayed in Singapore in our around 20 times travel there. This new modern yet classic hotel is located conveniently above Bugis MRT station with only 3 mins walking distance and bus stop is also nearby. You can find abundant of drinks in the fridge including beer and soda free of charge and is refilled every day. At the hotel check in floor, there is a minibar also provide coffee and tea and some snacks all day long. In this sense the hotel is quite generous to the guests. We have nothing negative towards Andaz except if the staff could be more detailed minded and attentive, although they are already serving very well. Overall speaking, this hotel worth coming back again and again and we will do so in our future trip to Singapore.

The Chinese restaurant on the 1st floor is the best Chinese food I have ever eaten in Singapore and I eat there on every visit. It is close to Orchard Towers a well know entertainment establishment just across the road. I will always stay here as my first preference for Singapore Hotel as it meets my shopping and entertainment criteria, plus it is a quality room.

This was the best travel decision I have made according to my wife. Returning from Thailand at midday, with our return flight to Australia the following morning, this just made sense. Having stayed at a 5 star hotel in Singapore City before travelling onto Thailand, we were very pleased with the room we were given on the top floor overlooking the southern runway. The Customer Manager who showed us to our room introduced to all of the features of the room and highlighted the entitlements of the Executive upgrade, especially the happy hour and the availabilty of an early breakfast in the Executive Lounge. After a short shopping spree in the City via train and a leisurely return by taxi, the happy hour in the Executive Lounge was a fitting end to a weeks holiday overseas. A first class evening meal in the room; a timely wake up call with a light breakfast again in the Executive Lounge, and then a leisurely stroll to the Skytrain to Terminal 1, is the method by which we will leave Singapore in future, even when it is a stopover from Europe.

I like best about the room, the size is quite Big comparing to similar hotel of it's class, you can pack 3 people (with extra bed) without having space problem for your luggage. the lifts is very close with the entrance, so you can have privacy. the staff is very attentive. their service is superb. but again, it's not so in the shopping friendly environment. also, you can't find foodcourt kind of food nearby, so be prepared to live a luxurious life if you are staying here... you can't go cheap.

The customer service was very attentive and professional. Something which is lacking in many five star hotels in Singapore. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated with subtle Eastern touches. Breakfast was included and I would say it was amazing with some much to choose from. We will be back.

Traveler impressions of Singapore
It is a very sunny island. Fortunately, most of the places are air conditioned. However, if visit attractions such as Zoo, River safari, Sentosa and etc.
. Remember to put on sunblock. The sun can be scary at times.
Very nice & safe! Best for tourists & all travelers in the world! Definitely the best place in Southeast Asia!
Singapore has changed with too crowded environment very boring place where everywhere has turned into a city Sadly there is no true historical sentimental value in this island any more Too many Taxis everywhere.
..people are nicer back then but now foreigners Singaporean are too stressful to be nice
Extremely Clean City with beautiful mixture of architecture. Shoppers won't be disappointed at the variety of International renowned brand boutiques as well as local brands.
Availability of all types of food, & abundant choice of places to eat is incredible! The local food is fantastic!
Very much like London with a better, cleaner more efficient metro and an overall cleaner feel. So much to see, entrance fees expensive but some great nature a short metro ride away and cheap eats if you eat with the locals.
They really have thought of everything and packed it all in Singapore. Your head becomes full of tannoy safety messages and posters telling you what you can and can't do. Went expecting not to like it en route to Borneo but left happy.
Singapore is a place where you can shop till drop, that's what people say. Besides, singapore is a very clean country and a nice place to go for holiday.
It is a nice warm tropical weather country to enjoy.

nice and clean city. very convenient as its mrt service link to shopping mall or main attraction sites.
Singapore is the melting pot of all Asia. its a 1st world experience. nice buildings, culture, food and adventure is everywhere.
but mostly singaporeans are snobbish, and kinda stressed. i never met one singaporian with a nice smile but i think its alright overall
you can stay any parts of the city as long as near to Lrt station. no worry on the transportation, taxi drivers here very friendly and without fail they will just send you to destination you wanted to.
. not like others countries as you need to fixed the rate with driver before you hop in . Hassle free in singapore
Well planned ,Clean & green environment city. no worries if you wish to have night walk alone..its safe.
Singapore is excitement country and also have many change every i came to there. The city is peacefull and the people is friendly.
But the cost at there is expenseive. So i recomend to stay there only 1 or 2 night.
Singapore is a modern Asian city that offers plenty to see and do. The transportation system, especially the MRT, is convenient and extends to most parts of the city.
While Singapore is one of the more expensive Asian cities, a traveler can still find good values and there is a lot to explore. The highlight of my trip was a relatively new attraction, Gardens by the Bay, which has two domes for year round viewing--the flower dome and the cloud dome. These domes are both beautiful and educational, especially good for those travelling with children.
Expensive city flooded with Foreigners. Do not mistake the Singapore-born chinese with China Chinese, they are more civilised and modern.
A good place to visit. Clean and safe environment. Easy to access for food and shopping places. Transportation is simple.
It depends on which Singaporean you will meet. The maintenance man in the hotel was super nice, so unlike his receptionist counterpart.
Singapore is one of the most expensive cities in the world, if not the most expensive. So it is not worth spending your money on stuff that you can buy in another part of the world. Unless you are supa rich. I recommend the ordinary person to just sight see, take photos and save the money for something more worthy. But if you have worked for your money and your want to spend it all, go ahead.
Nice place to be in for families. It is very safe and quite efficiently run, it feels very organized and orderly.
There are lots of attractions that cater for the whole family, but the nightlife is outstanding as well for those who enjoy the odd drink or two.
Lived on-and-off in Singapore for years. Seen it as a tourist and a local. Wonderful city that can be fun on a budget (hawker centers, free attractions) or at the highest levels of wealthy (art, Marina Bay Sands, etc).
Definitely worth a look at least once in a lifetime.
Safe place to go. Alot of good food to eat. Easily accessed by public transport.Good for a short getaway too.
Good clean country and disciplined people. Has very efficient transport system and can go around in a very short time.
Shopping and retail is good, food is great
This city very clean, safe & nice. Specially when i come to SIN i always to visit a pagoda on Waterloo street.
This is special place and i highly recommend for all to come & pray. Your wish will come true :)
I've been to Singapore for vacation about 5 times and the reason why I go back here is because I feel safe, and I love to shop.
Whether it be a designer item, or some random art shop along orchard road... you'll find it here. Also, for a small country there are a lot of other sights you can visit. Everything is so convenient here, it's actually hard to get lost! I love how everything is organized and so interconnected, from bus stops, to train stations- you're never too far away from great sights! I would recommend for some romance, the gardens by the bay at night, the top of marina bay sands (don't forget to try ku de ta and the chocolate buffet!)... siloso is normally where they have their beach parties, orchard road for shopping, my personal faves are takashimaya and ion orchard. I also frequent ikea during my visits because in my country, we have no ikea. The singapore flyer is a nice way to see the city. I also would recommend maybe for first timers the Hippo tours which really helped me get an orientation of the city. If you're lucky, you might chance upon nice exhibits in the Singapore National Museum- I actually saw Van Gogh's starry starry night here! Food is excellent here too! Make sure to do your research and don't forget to try the laksa, chicken rice, bak ku teh and other singaporean fare.
no culture you can see but you can do shopping anything branded and very clean country but the local people area not friendly they just like robot
Singapore has nice industrial regions that full with vigorous companies. It also has many regions that still possess the enriched characteristics of different ethnic groups.

Singapore has transform from a major city hub within S.E.A to entertainment kingdom where popular shopping mall/streets, island and theme park, garden and nature were all created in purpose for maximize family-fun willingness.
This is a country absolutely fantastic for family vocation!
it's very nice and clean nation, the people are warm and the most important thing is really safe, everything set up in order, I can just follow the signs and found it easy to go everywhere with all the detail instruction and very qualified information.
From airport to town , very convenient with fantastic train ride. Even airport Taxi rate is also reasonable.
loved hop on hop off bus , you can round whole singapore within a day.
Singapore is a small, clean city state with a lot of attractions with various interests. People are nice.
Food is cheap and yet delicious.

Orchard Roadis Singapore's most renowned area where mall after mega-mall form one of the world's most comprehensive shopping districts all within a beautiful atmosphere.
Singapore's marina front is home to the city's arts scene as well as the iconic architecture which stands dazzling against sparkling waters.
