Reception was attended to while I made a call to check out what happened. Within few minutes, the channel was resumed. 5. Fast check in and check out - All I did was to furnish my IC and sign a form while checking in. Handed in my keys while checking out. 6. Parking was plenty Point of improvements: 1.
