"Beautiful place to stay. Few little hick ups. Our room was nothing like the photos and there was no balcony but after speaking to reception we were upgraded. Double charged accidentally for dinner. Have been waiting 4 days so far for the reversal but staff were apologetic. Only massive logs of firewood supplied so it was impossible to keep a fire going but all of those things are minor. Food, staff and our room was stunning. Would stay again."
