"This is the first time that I have booked through Agoda, and I am impressed with their price, particularly for such a nice hotel, the room was excellent after. There was a delay in booking in while we waited for a Championship football team to check out before an evening match, the hotel provided compensation in the form of free drink vouchers, and 25% off dinner. If I were going to visit Swansea for a longer period, I would choose this hotel and definitely Agoda, £43 cheaper than any other agents, or the hotel itself."
