"Ume boshi here was bright red, small, crunchy, and flavorful... unlike the usual big, off-colored, super-salty. Rakkyo here was refreshingly light and enjoyable... rather than the usual painfully sour and over-powering experience. Takenoko I have always enjoyed. But until this day, I had no idea how much better this could be... crunchy and delicate. I have lots to learn. "
