the Powerhouse in Tamworth was a very relaxing stay and very private. the rooms were top quality and didnt have them feral coloured bed sheets. over all very happy. however, the room cleaners had a bit of an attitude problem, but they were very prompt and efficient.

I stay here now every time I go to or through Tamworth, great value and location.

I work away a lot so have to stay in many hotels/ apartments and this place has to be one of the best I’ve stayed in for the price. The bed is so comfortable and on par with ones you find in five star hotels. The decor is very modern and spotless with a fantastic shower and everything you need in the kitchenette. Stayed for several days over 2 years ago for business reasons, had fantastic service then, and received the same wonderful service again, if for any reason I need somewhere to stay in Tamworth again I will be back

This boutique hotel is centrally located in the heart of Tamworth. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to any business traveller or couple.

Thank you for the clean room with comfy bed. I was travelling on my own during the festival and The Tamworth was right amongst the action and walking distance to other great venues and I felt safe (and cool!! with aircon)

We loved our stay with the Mercure Tamworth. The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Our room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

The hotel is 6km north of Tamworth. We arrived just after 7pm and reception was locked, so had to wait until the attendant returned. As it was the ANZAC day public holiday the restaurant was closed. Luxury accommodation within 15 minutes of Tamworth. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, luxury accommodation and fine dining, all in the one location. We only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed longer as we didn't get time to enjoy the pool. Loved it, will definitely be back!

We were just passing Tamworth on our drive from Brisbane to Sydney and just caught some sleep there - however, the staff made good arrangements for our arrival at midnight, and the room is just good for one night.

We have stayed at the Edward Parry a couple of times and far and away the best thing is the fabulous staff. They are so friendly and helpful!! We also love the spacious clean rooms and lovely bathroom :-) Sitting by the pool is relaxing and cool on a summer's evening.

We needed a simple overnight stay while on a road trip in Central NSW. This motel was absolutely wonderful. Facilities are adequate. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were most helpful. And where else do you get a beautifully cooked breakfast complete with barista coffee included in the $100 we paid for the night. Amazing. We will certainly be back....

The motel would be suitable for someone needing a place to stop en route to Sydney or Armidale without wishing to go into Tamworth itself.
