"We enjoyed staying local at the small fishing village. If you don’t mind the walk, it’s possible to reach the best beach on the island within 20 minutes. We were basically the only people there and it was paradise. Thanks to the family for their hospitality! "

"Papa Long and mama Hai are honestly one of the most kind Vietnamese people we have met. We felt so welcome, the homestay is directly at the beach and the food which mama Hai cooks is so delicious. Mama Hai called my boyfriend her son and she was so welcome to us. Snorkeling with Papa Long is the best thing you can do there. If you want a hostel with the nicest people and good food you should go there. Only one thing to keep in mind: it is a homestay so the bed is not the most comfortable and no blanket and almost no WiFi. We didn't think it was a problem, but that is up to you. Other beaches are nearby and the atmosphere is so relaxed there. I would really really recommend everyone to go there, the most welcome/honest/sweetest hosts. And to conclude: 'mama Hai cooking, Papa Long snorkling'"

"The homestay was relatively clean, the room had mosquito net and air con, which were two nice bonuses. Mr Khan is a good host (and business man), he will try to accomodate your requests. The food wasn't very cheap compared to other places we have been to, but it was always abundant and tasted amazing (some of the best we had in Vietnam). Overall a very pleasant stay."

"I'll surely miss this place and I'd like to come back there very soon. I did book a room in Ms. Trang homestay for one night at first but the host family and the environment on this island were extremely charming, so I decided to extend my holiday in there. The prices in the island generally were reasonable and the local people there were super nice and helpful to me. Ms. Trang was so kind that she showed me what to eat and where to visit in detailed, which made my trip greater. The host family's house is pretty large and it's cleaned very usually. They even own a boat, which would carry you to go fishing and snorkeling. The room was good enough for me with quite full of convenience and wi-fi connection as well. The location is near the village and Bai Ong beach. To conclude, it's really worth spending money and time there. (-) I was only unpleasant with the windows because they didn't have any wind-resistant tools for windows, so I couldn't open the window."
