"The square of room for triple room is large. However they just have room at 4th floor while the hotel don't have elevator. The location is near museum, and be hotel where is nearest the place holding hot air balloons festival. The breakfast is good. Bread is delicious, fruit is sweet and fresh. We were serviced tea and coffee at table. The manager and staff is so friendly and kind. They accept us check out late 1 hour, help us contact with taxi driver and bus to pick up us, show us the way and support us all of things in their ablilities "

"We came for the fire balloon festival and found it to be very easy to stay here. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. I am thankful that we were able to stay here. Our bus arrived at 5am and Royal Star allowed us to check in very early at 5am. This allowed us to get some much needed sleep before meeting Taunggyi friends for outside breakfast. We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned our room and provided new towels and soaps each night. "

"Really beautiful and well-designed bungalows with stunning views. The setting at the foot of the mountain with views of the vineyards is wonderful. The huge windows and balcony make you feel like you’re right in the vineyards. The price is pretty steep but this is probably more a reflection of how overpriced high end accommodation is in Myanmar in general. One recommendation for people considering booking the luxury room: try to request the one in the stand-alone bungalow rather than the one that’s in the same building as the superior room. While both luxury rooms are the same price, the stand-alone one offers more privacy and better views."

The breakfast was always very good, with local options as well as the usual egg and toast. Wifi was a little spotty as it gets in MM. "

"Stayed at the hotel for the Taunggyi fire ballon festival. OFf the beaten track so it's quiet but not much in the way of cab service, etc. You can walk to the fire balloon festival in about 30-40 mins. Wouldn't stay here for access to Taunggyi unless you want a bit of quiet. Staff were helpful."
