Where to stay in Tbilisi
Tbilisi hotels & accommodations

We were here that Grove Design Hotel from 30th May 2018 - 02nd June 2018. We had a pleasant stay..Rooms were cosy, beds were comfortable, staffs were very helpful. The only thing which I didn't liked about the hotel was their breakfast spread. The options were very limited and for all the three days of my stay they didn't change their breakfast menu which is quite absurd...

Everything is great about this place. Beautiful design, delish breakfast (one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had), cozy, easy walking to old town, university, park, and other major attractions. The room was somewhat small but fine for 1-2 people. Also if you are a light sleeper, walls are a bit thin. But they provide earplugs and it was okay even without the ea...

Excellent service from the hoteliers, They are very accommodating, near to the metro, bus stop station, money exchange and you can walk 15mins to reach the holy Trinity Church, ang 10mins taxi to reach the old tbilisi. I really love this place especially the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and the panoramic breakfast view from the 6th floor.

Although there’re plenty number of hotels in Tbilisi, I’m sure that this is the best choice. Staffs were really friendly. Even though they are utterly busy, they take all customers with big smile and unlimited hospitality. I do love Tbilisi. If I hadn’t stayed at another hotel, I didn’t have such a good feeling to the city. The location is absolutely great as others me...

The hotel is highly recommended. It's located just opposite famous Gabriadze puppet theatre and couple of steps away from New Bridge and Old City. Design and space are well-thought, we had budget room but it had everything to be happy with. Beds and pillows were comfortable, wc and shower - extra clean. Terrace with a river view is a huge WOW. Nice staff members. They ...

I have been an avid traveler in the past many years and I have been staying in many hotels, guest houses, etc. For my experience, I completely understand what an accommodation facility should be offering. And I am really amazed by the level of comfort and finest customer services Guest House 36 is providing. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, the location is best, and...

The room was great and very clean but as soon as you go out of the room that’s where the problem is. The building is still unfinished and construction in other units are ongoing so it becomes dusty. The elevator is in its worst state. We’re stuck several times and it’s traffic in there. Otherwise, the property is great Shalva and Marian we’re helpful too.

Excellent place with all facilities for all the family Excellent staff educated polite friendly with great hospitality Excellent price value according to the service provided Excellent place location all needed shopping restaurants and supermarkets nearby Overall It's significantly above the expectation

From the front desk staff to the lady in the kitchen to the driver, everyone that worked here were great. It was a nice walk to the middle of the city, but if you can't do the uphill walk then maybe this isn't the place for you. We walked to the Funicular, Liberty Square, Peace Bridge, and the Dry Bridge Market from here. (by the way, if you go to the Dry Bridge Marke...

It was my third stay in River Side and it was much better than previous years. They had very nice renovation. Room was very beautiful, staff is helpful, location is excellent to walk to Rustaveli or go on a meeting somewhere, close to opera. Breakfast was improved very much, even offered free champagne in the morning! And rooftop tiffany terrace with lots of nice peopl...

Hotel is situated close to metro but in the yard, so taxi driver spent a lot of time to find it. For main sightseeings you have to walk for 25-30 minutes or go by transport. Family room was clean, very simple with small kitchen bur without cutlery. Personell was very gentle, polite and friendly. They help us to plan evening, find individual driver to Mtskheta and book ...

The hotel is located in a main avenue, 5-10 minutes by taxi( roughly 2 USD each way) to old town but leading to the main avenue in Tbilisi on foot in a 10 minutes walk. The hotel is either new or newly refurbished in very good taste and therefore the rooms/lobby are in excellent condition. Staff are very helpful, professional and speak English. The breakfast and other ...

Just like other Moxy hotels - this one is modern, fresh and welcoming. Rooms are small but well designed. Staff are very helpful and have a lovely attitude. Breakfast wasnt included in our room unfortunately, so I cant comment on that. I would recommend in Tbilisi as, for the price, it's hard to beat and there is very little competition. The exact same moxy room in oth...

It was my first time leaving in a hostel on a trip and was the best one. There are so many good facilities on this property which let me point to some of them. Location: It has been placed in v...

The hotel driver was waiting for us after our 3 am arrival in Tbilisi which was very nice but after that it was a downhill experience. The shuttle bus trip to the hotel was free and after arriving at the hotel, we made an arrangement with the driver named Aron to take us to our next accomodation which was half way between this hotel (situated nearby the airport) and th...

I have traveled to so many countries now and I must say I avoid making my trip touristy and commercial. Getting here was one of the best decisions I made! It really was a microcosmic representation of the old Tbilisi. Beka and his dad Ilia made sure our visits to Kazbegi and other sites (medieval castle complexes with breathtaking mountains and foothills as backdrop) w...

Overall it was a decent and comfortable experience. Beddings are clean and crisp. Serves healthy breakfast spread. It is a small hotel but gives its guests a homely feel and attentive service. Reception staff speak good English and are helpful when required, like Nina.

A newly restored 10th century castle perched on the side of a mountain overlooking Tbilisi and decorated with the owner's personal art collection, the property is beautiful and a memorable stay. Friendly staff go out of the way to help. The phenomenal views come with a price, however, as there are stairs to be navigated inside and outside the hotel.

Well maintained hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location, really close to restaurants, bars and sights. If I was going to find anything negative to say, it’ll only be that the shower is rather slippery and the walls were quite thin (or that our neighbours were way too loud, I couldn't figure that out). Other than that, no complaints and highly recommend fo...

Our bedroom was next to the kitchen so we could overhear guests both at night (midnight+) and in the morning (before 8am) talking and playing music. The hot water was finicky - one shower we got hot water, but another was ice cold. The beds were not particularly comfortable either. However the location is good and the building itself is beautiful from the outside. Cons...

We choose this hostel because of location, interior and reviews. But we found out first night there is a club just opposite side and it is loud until 4am every single day. We couldn't sleep at all. We had to come back because Tbilisi is in the middle of the city connecting every where. We came back again and again because we left our luggage in this hostel. Other than ...

Great service. Everything was excellent. I read some complaints by other reviewers about tidiness: everything was spotless. I also read about the lack of cooking facilities. I never tried to cook. And quite frankly, visiting one of the best food countries in the world (and perhaps the cheapest), you'd be crazy to be cooking macaroni or pelmeni in the guesthouse kitchen...

I stayed at this hotel on two separate reservations, before and after a trip to Armenia. I had the same room both times, which was fine because the room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were especially friendly and gave me many valuable tips for getting around. A laundry service was included (for free!) and it was quick and easy. The breakfast was probably ...

I think the high ratings and past reviews pretty much speak for themselves. Rafael and his family run a very charming, personable guest house and are always willing to go the extra kilometer to make your stay in Tbilisi and Georgia a very pleasant and enjoyable one. We were admittedly a little skeptical at the very high rating and booked for just one night to “test the...

With Tbilisi becoming a tourist destination this is type of hotel to stay in. Really friendly staff, great location, decent room, good breakfast and a fair price. I understand that this is a new hotel and the staff needs a lot of training. The bed lamp is like the lamp I had in a dormitory - did not make the room any better. The accommodation was superior having all facilities and taken care of the minute requirements of the traveler. The owner was very cooperative, friendly and speaking English language. We recommend this apartment for the visitors who wish to Visit Tbilisi. They arrange the airport transfer also for a reasonable rate.

Pros: Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was tidied, towels changed and bed was freshened everyday without fail. Breakfast was ready at 8 am with quite a variety to choose from and there was something new each morning. The staff were helpful with our requests. Old Meidan Tbilisi is an excellent hotel, located near Meidan Square. The room was spacious, clean and reception were welcoming and willing to help.
