"Great place. It's huge but they still manage to create a chill hostel vibe. Staff is an important factor in this. place is clean. Breakfast is outstanding as are kitchen facilities to use and chill area's. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Room for improvement: They offer many tours, I did the masada sunrise tour but thought it to expensive for what you get. Also the price on the website said from 235 but for the whole upcoming year it was 280 at cheapest. I really don't like these sale tactics. Checking in takes way to long. Every time you have to do the whole procedure so for me, I book extra nights on location this was not good. Other hostels you notify, they check and then fix it when you're on your way again. Here it takes 10-15min. minimum. Prices vary highly on the weekend (12-bed dorm is 70 during the week with a 50! ILS increase in the weekend starting Thursday) "

No parking to the hotel, but a parking building is attached to it. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach, good location. A supermarket under the hotel, lots of restaurants around. Price was very reasonable for Tel Aviv. "

"i've stayed at rimonim optima several times. the rooms are comfortable, though not luxurious. the location (in ramat gan, the next town over from tel aviv) means that the rates are lower than typical tel aviv hotels. the internet is free and the breakfast is huge and delicious. and they leave a box of six tiny free chocolates on your pillow! only one thing to remember: if you want a wake-up call, you are advised to ask for it in person at the reception desk; on one stay, i phoned in a wake-up call request and was not awakened."
