"a staff member of this hotel, would do absolutely anything to make their guests feel comfortable and like home. We arrived in Tentena at midnight, after the most exhausting bus trip that was hours behind schedule. It was raining and we had difficulties finding a ride from the bus station to the hotel (there were four of us altogether, 2 other tourists and us). When we finally got to the hotel, Elly welcomed us very warmly, had our rooms ready, and even though there were no restaurant in the hotel, she made us sandwiches and made somebody get us some cold beers from the town. In the middle of the night! We haven't seen this kind of hospitality anywhere around Southeast Asia and we were really impressed. During our whole stay helped us with everything and we really recommend this place with all our hearts. The deluxe rooms are perfect! Clean and modern bathroom with hot water, a comfy bed and a nice balcony area (communal) in front of the room. The breakfast was great, too. And they have a working and fast wifi! So if you are staying in Tentena (and you should, it's a beautiful place), this is the place to stay, absolutely."
