"I stayed for six nights. This hotel has a contract with some type of agency that provides housing for people that aren’t able to provide their own shelter. I felt like this was not a good solution by the hotel nor the social services agency to place its clients in housing with your regular “retail” guest. Some of the disconcerting things were trash and spilled liquids in the staircase, loud music being heard through the walls of neighboring units, car alarms going off late, pickups being idled in the parking lot for long periods of time. The day-to-day staff were great. Also the accommodations inside the hotel room were up to date and in good condition. "

"The front office had difficulty finding our reservation. The door to the room was difficult to open and close. The A/C unit only blew hot air and the thermostat did not work. Internet was slow and had a weak signal. TV and bed were OK, but the shower water pressure was weak. They need to charge less or improve more. "

"The hotel is conveniently located in the NW side of Tucson, close enough to the Tucson Mall (about 10 mins drive) and downtown Tucson (less than 30 mins away). The room turns out to be a suite (of sort), and is very roomy with a comfortable bed! My wife was able to sleep in the bedroom while I channel surfed in the living room without disturbing each other. Breakfast was included. Overall, I think this hotel is GREAT and I will definitely stay there again if I visit Tucson again in the future."

"The facility is in huge need of f a renovation. The carpeting is stained in the hotel itself and the room. We spent extra to be on the 6th floor and there was no extra feel to the extra expense. The room carpet was stained and the complimentary breakfast was not what you would expect from a Hilton. We declined in the free breakfast and went downstairs to the restaurant only to fine the same choices. The waffles get provided in the buffet were cold Eggo type waffles. The bagels were stale and so on. Cheaper hotels at least have a waffle maker where you make your own with batter. Why not here? I just stayed at a Hilton in Sandy Utah. What a difference! Yes it was a newer but this place on Tucson is run down. The restaurant chairs are leather and cracked and peeling. The windows were filthy. The carpet stained as well. Huge disappointment. "

"Had my family at this hotel. The staff and guests were all pleasant, and you can tell they keep their property up. Maybe there are a few minor maintenance needs, but you could see their maintenance guy on premises working. Breakfast was standard and well stocked, and beds comfy. As far as a 3 star hotel this was highly competitive for the price. I’ll stay there again."
