"The hotel is conveniently located in the NW side of Tucson, close enough to the Tucson Mall (about 10 mins drive) and downtown Tucson (less than 30 mins away). The room turns out to be a suite (of sort), and is very roomy with a comfortable bed! My wife was able to sleep in the bedroom while I channel surfed in the living room without disturbing each other. Breakfast was included. Overall, I think this hotel is GREAT and I will definitely stay there again if I visit Tucson again in the future."

"The facility is in huge need of f a renovation. The carpeting is stained in the hotel itself and the room. We spent extra to be on the 6th floor and there was no extra feel to the extra expense. The room carpet was stained and the complimentary breakfast was not what you would expect from a Hilton. We declined in the free breakfast and went downstairs to the restaurant only to fine the same choices. The waffles get provided in the buffet were cold Eggo type waffles. The bagels were stale and so on. Cheaper hotels at least have a waffle maker where you make your own with batter. Why not here? I just stayed at a Hilton in Sandy Utah. What a difference! Yes it was a newer but this place on Tucson is run down. The restaurant chairs are leather and cracked and peeling. The windows were filthy. The carpet stained as well. Huge disappointment. "

"I have lived in Az most of my life and had to go into Tucson many times for different reasons. I ususally do what most people do just let Google lead the way in a list and I had seen this place in the list many times but went with what I already knew. This time I had been away from Tucson for several years and am told is dying and really run down which is true and so the "go-to" places I always stayed were receiving some really nasty reviews for being run down and unclean. Then I saw the reviews at this place, I then went to the pictures and could not believe what I saw. I booked for my Fiancee, son and I to go to meet relatives. We will NEVER go anywhere else when we visit Tucson! We were so shocked! This place is better than the pictures and the southwestern feel and special touches are unreal! The rooms are huge and everything is just such a surprise! This is my first review EVER for a hotel. That alone should give you some idea of how much I appreciate a place like this! "

"I was very pleased with my accommodation. The room was spacious even with a king-sized bed. The towels were soft and thick. Best of all was the wifi. I have stayed in places where a code is required and the connection is very slow. A code was not required at this motel and the connection speed was fast. Another thing I liked about my room is the number of electrical outlets that were easily accessible. If I am given the opportunity, I would choose to stay at Red Roof Inn again."

"The front office had difficulty finding our reservation. The door to the room was difficult to open and close. The A/C unit only blew hot air and the thermostat did not work. Internet was slow and had a weak signal. TV and bed were OK, but the shower water pressure was weak. They need to charge less or improve more. "
