"Hotel is located in a beautiful place with excellent views , warm decoration and spacious rooms. The early check in is great value. The bad: 2 times wrong room assignment, first due to bed configuration, (they blame Agoda) and 2nd time the room assigned was next to a room construction work with an incredible drilling noise. In general there are some areas for improvement: - Young guy at the front desk urgent needs training in customer service, very limited vocabulary and slow to find a solution. Andrea and Giselle were always trying to find a solution as the problems arise. -Biggest problem is the rooms' soundproofing, it is TERRIBLE! Due to the thin thin wood walls, you can listen, the hall, the next room or the bathroom noises of your neighbours. -The restaurant: Continental breakfast does not exist. No eggs, no bacon, no fruits.... cold coffee. Dinner menu very limited and common wines very expensive. We potentially be back, but we will double check the details first."

"I loved my time here at Arakur, the hotel is amazing. It was about twice the price of other hotels in Ushuaia but at least 10 times as good. The views during the day, sunset and at night are stunning. The outdoor spa and pool are beautiful with a magnificent view. The restaurant serves great food, rooms are tastefully styled and the staff were wonderful. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough."
