"Beautiful room, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast: it was absolutely brilliant. We got in at about 6am, a good eight hours before we were supposed to check in, hoping to see if we could get an early check-in: and the man at the desk couldn't have been nicer, getting us a nice room and breakfast for just a few euros more. Wonderful. I know it seems like I'm going overboard but genuinely it was a really brilliant experience that made our time in Vilnius so much better."

"The hotel is in the main square, so the position is awesome and the breakfast was good. On the other hand the staff offers a very bad service: they put us in a room not reachable with the elevator without even mentioning it (and we had luggage's to carry), the lady at the front desk did not tell us that the street to the parking is closed on the weekend and in the evening, on the second day the room was still not cleaned at 4 pm and we had to call the reception twice to take care of it. The parking is very narrow and quite expensive."

"Staff were ok,food had plenty choices. I booked this hotel because of the swimming pool but on the day of arrival due to circumstances it was not open. It opened on the 2nd day so we still managed to use the pool and sauna.A music would be good in the pool area as it was so quiet at the time. Heating was good that it got too hot so I had to open the window. Complimentary bottled water would be great too as when you open the fridge ,if you are not careful and open the beverages in the fridge you will get charged."
