"The location is up on the hill, so you definitely have to call the hotel to pick you up once you are in Mt. Fuji Iriguchi/Lake Yamanakako St. (one spot)., they'll be there ca. 7-8 minutes and it's for free. We got a room at 554 where we can see Mt. Fuji from our room! The room is spacious although it needs design updates, the bathroom offers you complete amenities. The options for the breakfast is great with 1950 Yen (minus tax). It provides separate onsen indoor and outdoor at B1. Also, it has ice cream vending machine (of course beer vending machine too). Wifi is not so great especially in our room-weak and DC quite often. But who needs Wifi all the time in such a nice location? Due to up on the hill, we were quite dependent on the shuttle bus' schedule from the hotel to the bus station (to Kawaguchiko Lake and etc.). But the hotel will pick you up anytime (not at midnight) from the designated bus station whenever we call them."
