I normally don't really write reviews. I don't usually go in 3 star hotels. But the Citymax At the mall is amazing. I am surprised it's only a 3 star hotel. The stuff super friendly and helpful. They called us in the room like 30min after check-in to make sure we have all we need and the room is clean. Super clean room, comfi bed, nice and clean bathroom (much nicer than most 4star hotels in Dubai) You also have a walk in shower instead of a bathtub. I was surprised about the Breakfast buffet. The breakfast takes place where the party is happening in the evening. Super delicious breakfast with so much food which will please every single traveler. Check-in and check-out super fast and no drama or long waiting time. I could keep going on and mention the good things. I would also like to add something bad about it but I don't remember anything which wasn't good. Go there, try it out and I guarantee you, you won't regret it.

I like to stay in this hotel every time as I recommend this hotel to my friends. Location: behind mall of the emirates, car rental services, restaurants, supermarkets. Hotel: staff communication with guest very nice, room cleanliness maintains good, there is a table and chair where you can keep your laptop which are compatible, I have one suggestion if hotel can keep a small note book and pencil so the guest can write any positive comments about the room and staff name(for their assistance) which you can use internal purpose to motivate staff. Had an awesome stay for one week there. Staff were really nice and they ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Enock, the guy working at the front desk was helpful all the time with a great personality. Good location and clean room. Value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a budget trip.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Earlier i travelled alone on a business trip but this time with family (Total 5 pax - 4 adults + 1 infant). Location is excellent, especially when travelling with small kids, you might need some stuff frequently from the mall. This is just walking distance from the mall of the emirates. We have to enter the mall from the parking, and first thing we enter into is the food court, and carrefour which a huge departmental store. Rooms are small (if with kid), but stay is comfortable. The moment you request something, the person will arrive instantly. Front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted and given rooms by Miss Zara, who upon our request and availability gave us two rooms on the same floor (11th floor). She also accepted our request for late check-in by an hour because of our small kid. Breakfast options are enough, and changing each day. They also have microwave facility next to their coffee cafe, which you can use free of charge. Also hotel is providing shuttle to the jumeirah beach each day, so you can use that facility as well. Totally loved my stay, will be staying again here soon.

it was very pleasant stay at citymax i stayed 7 nights was bit worried about noise etc some reviews about noise. but morning like that. very quiet place clean. amazing location just like next door to mall of the emirate’s. breakfast. wow. a lot of verity’s. everything close to hotel. food transport. metro. all you have in one package.

This hotel is amazing since it is clean, staff are very professional, convenient, excellent breakfast, etc. You have Mall of the Emirates, Train station, Supermarkets, etc. within walking distance. If you wish to try out some new food dishes then this is the place since you have most types of food within close proximity. Lebanese, Indian, Pakistani, Afghanistan, etc. I did stay in this Hotel in September 2019 for one week. I am back once again for 10 days. The front office staff is amazing, courteous, very helpful and they go out of their way to help you. Sorry, I do not know all of their names but Preet, Sonam, Jenni, Sushil and the rest will assist you. Moreover, the restaurant staff are amazing too . Breakfast is excellent... You will love it. I had an amazing stay at Citymax Hotel Al Barsha. I stayed there for a 3 nights and what more can I say! Right from the time I booked the room I had a feeling that it would definitely be worth it as the price was more than reasonable. The location is perfect , right in front of Mall of the emirates and their staffs are very helpful with everything. I must say I am very impressed with the quality of service and everything else is taken care of. Amazing location, across the street from Mall of Emirates. The breakfast was really good and Staff ( Jenni, Zara, Kashif, and John) were all very helpful. Including the housekeeping staff. Definitely, a must place to stay for my future travels. This place is also very close to the Metro Station, which means you don't have to spend on Taxi's.
