The hotel, room and facilities on offer are fab. Staff are lovely and keen to help. However the noise levels of children running riot was it's downfall, I would recommend the hotel no problems just be aware that noise from inside the room are very apparent with the door closed. Still suited my needs and would use again.

Comfortable relaxing hotel in a very convenient location. Bar, restaurant, food and leisure facilities good. Hotel accommodation dated decor, no air conditioning in family room. Family room much too near wedding venue entertainment room. Noise. Staff offered to change room which we did and was better.

What a beautiful hotel from the minute you walk in the beautiful staircase and chandelier the receptionist was so pleasant check in was so quick the rooms are beautiful and so spacious food was amazing and all the bar and restaurant staff where so friendly and very helpful would highly recommend and be definitely returning thank you to all staff for a most enjoyable staff

Waited 2 hours for a meal delivered cold. Waited in rest of meal coming back and to no avail”
Asst manager sent us to restaurant, we were ten minutes early. Lady in restaurant made us wait five minutes at door. We got a table, it wasn’t buy. She then made us wait another 25 minutes and said she couldn’t take an order. We went back to assistant manager. Ordered two steaks at 8.55. Got them at 10, freezing. Sent back as too cold. Same food came back twenty minutes later still cold. Waitress took it away. Came back and said it wouldn’t be long. They charged us for the meal. I hadn’t eaten or been given the meal, we weren’t offered deserts. Really bad customer service. Manager, she told me there’s a pandemic that I had to wait. Reception told me someone would ring me. I’m still waiting. Went to Raddison blue next night without a booking. Had food in fifteen minutes and seats cleaned every time someone left the seats. Clanree don’t. I stayed before and didn’t have this trouble. Other people we sat with had the same trouble. Wasted money. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

A great place to relaxs”
My husband and I arrived at the Clanree on Friday the 5th for a two night stay,we ask for a room near the lift we got one, our room was spotless and comfortable the beds are so comfortable I couldn't stay awake to read the book I brought with me to help me sleep.Breakfast was great I don't think anyone could disagree with that.Staff are all so friendly and all have smile on their face.Night life you have a good selection of food there is another restaurant but we wanted the music,which was lively.My only regret was I forgot our swimming gear and the pool looked amazing. We plan on going down again but might bring the grandchild with us. Give it a try you won't regret it.

Waht A Treat!”
I did a last minute booking for my Mum and myself -what a treat-the Reception staff were excellent especially when we asked for a twin having been allocated a double which was an absolutely gorgeous room. Mc Gettigans (hotel bar/restaurant) was lively with really friendly, efficient staff -food was varied and good value. The location is great for touring Donegal-definitely recommend it!
