value for money for a one night stay near airport”
It's certainly not a four or five star hotel but it's value for money when you get to have a free, short airport transfer to the Orlando International Airport and when you need only a one night stay kind of thing. Many facilities available, including coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge, electric iron, hair dryer, heater for winter and yes, it's even spacious. Appreciate a staff at past 2 am who advised me that I could still get a new, economical luggage from a Walmart only 15 mins uber-ride away when to my dismay, I found a big crack on my luggage and knew that it wouldn't last for the next flight I was taking early the next morning. All other luggage vendors I surfed for online do not open till later in the morning which would not be in time. So thank you, and to that staff (whose name I have misplaced), but he was someone on the very heavy side, not someone who gives you a generous smile but receptive to the needs of the hotel guests and willing to offer help not requested.

It's a perfect hotel in order to stay one night before the cruise, plus you can order a shuttle to the cruise terminal for $20, As I said it's perfect, cheap and convenient.

Just flew in from international flight. Sent shuttle easy to find. Easy check in older hotel it seems but it’s close to Mc Donald’s and a gas station. I enjoyed my one night stay.

The reception staff were very welcoming. And the lobby is beautiful. But the room are just filthy, there’s a cigarette lighter left on the floor. Dust bunnies forming under the bed.

Very funky hotel. Cable did not work and no phone in the room. Other rooms had issues either air conditioner not working or dripping plumbing. It seems neglected by owner. No sidewalks and not easily accessible by 42 links bus. It's a good venue for parties which gives it night time character with rooms seeming to have good soundproofing. There is good entertainment at the Fish on Fire which is better than cable. The architecture in the morning is stark and cold. Very unusual hotel needs owners care.

Fine for a night before the airport”
Stayed for the free airport shuttle but read all the reviews and was too scared to rely on it and miss my flight. Took a Lyft. Not bad for what we paid but can’t say I’d recommend it. The shower was so old and gross and the staff were pretty unfriendly

Not great”
This was a place to lay our heads after we arrived very late before we checked into the Loews Portofino. The guys at check in at 1AM were nice & polite. The room was outdated. The mattress needs to be tossed. The carpet did not feel clean & I did not walk on it barefoot. I went to unplug the alarm clock to plug in my iphone to charge overnight & the plug broke in my hand. Sparks flew. We laughed. The breakfast situation needs to change. The line is WAY too long & the options are not great. No milk for cereal. The best part was the waffle, but it caused the line to be super long. Shout out to the guy cleaning our room who noticed that my stepdaughter left her $$ sherpa in the room & brought it down to us as we were waiting for our uber. Seriously - update the rooms (carpet & mattresses) & fix the breakfast buffet & I would stay again.

Scam hotel!”
When checkin, they asked me for deposit USD 100, i gave them cash but they didn’t give me receipt. When i checkout, they didn’t return me the money! I was going back to my country, trying to settle nicely by phone with the hotel & even the headquarter. Called many times but they had a lot of reasons not giving my money back. Almost 3 weeks alrd but they’re still not settling it. Totally a scamming!!! The reception staffs serve super slow.

Desk Clerk was very helpful. Restaurants businesses and entertainment nearby were non existant. There was a no brand fish restaurant within walking distance and a McDonald's demolished under construction. The hotel shuttle would only run to and from the airport. Without a car you need to Uber. a distance. Upkeep of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The door was broken and had to be lifted to close securely and locked. Bottoms of bathroom door wood was severely peeling. Other exterior doors were left ajar. Hot tub was roped off for repair. Trash in one wastebasket missed being emptied prior to my check in. Certainly not my usual experience.

Bed bug bites were terrible horrible!”
I spent one night at this hotel and got bed bug bites in both arms, neck and face, virtually the exposed body area. It was terrible. I booked this hotel because of its convenience to the airport and its promised free airport pick-up service. For pick-up service, I waited for 40 minutes instead of the promised 15-20 minutes and for drop-off service to the airport, I was told that the shuttle was full and was advised to call a Uber myself, which I turned down immediately and was eventually put on the list of the morning shuttle to the airport.

Cleanliness and Renovation”
Upon arrival due to a later flight, a portion of my family had arrived earlier than I, in which I was made abreast of the 3 room changes that took place prior to being placed in something substantial. My sister took pictures of the dilapidated carpet, paint on walls, and mold. It got to the point where we eventually met with the GM, after we asked to speak with him on several occasions, but were told that he was either busy o would be back at a later time. Truly it felt as though some of the staff was trying to get over on us. , however, after bein tenacious, we were able to speak with the GM. We showed him the pictures we took of all of the rooms, shared how one of his evening managers were able to accommodate us. The GM apologized profusely and intiatied a full refund on his end, andinstructed me to contact Agoda to initiate on their end my refund. Truly it was a false advertisement from that property to Agoda and then to the public. Truly unfortunate.

I travelled in October. The free airport shuttle is a definitely a plus. Staff is very kind and helpful. Location is few minutes away from airport but not good if you are visiting any of the attractions in Orlando. Value for money is optimum.

Good property, comfortable and safe. Friendly staffs, clean and tiny. There are also a rent a car on the second floor. Very close to the airport and Florida Mall. Shuttle available. Complies what promises.

Dated older hotel”
We were just staying over night to be closer to the airport for an early departure. I was injured and in a walking boot and on crutches and the room given to us was a LONG walk to get to elevator and then another LONG walk to get to room. Considering the hotel was in no way full, I feel the desk clerk could have given us better accommodations. Also the wifi was not working correctly and the desk clerk was less then helpful on trying to help over the phone to get my laptop connected. His only suggestion was for me to bring it to him. Being on crutches, that wasn't a possibility. The carpet and over all feel of the hotel made me feel it was a decade older hotel in Vegas. The room was clean enough. It had all we needed for the night, it just wasn't anything I would want to return to and was glad we were only there for one night.
