      Above average”

      The room was nice but the thermostat was broken and the heat would not turn up. There was build up of snow and ice on the inside of the windows. The free breakfast was barely worth eating. It was packaged food that we had to heat up ourselves. The staff had horrible customer service. My husband left his phone in the room after checkout and we called the front desk to see if they found it. They told us they looked through the room and did not find it, but we knew we left it there so we checked ourselves. It was in plain sight and nothing had been moved, making it quite clear they lied and didn't look at all. We didn't have any issues with the room itself, but its not a hotel I would stay at again.

      Not bad”

      Found a lot of hair on the bed but the bathroom was clean. It’s an old hotel but they have shuttle to the airport. I stayed only few hours which was okay. I just needed a quiet room and a ride before I go to the airport.
