GREAT HOTEL”
This place was very clean. When I arrived I ran into a problem with my deposit and I must say the manager was not trying to help me at all, so I grabbed a business card and called the man over the hotel. When I tell you he was the best and I was able to get my room. The pool is open and they do have HOT BREAKFAST as advertised even with COVID. I will most definitely return.

My dad is in the hospital in Memphis and we had to make several different trips here on every occasion we felt very safe at the hotel it is very clean the staff was amazing and the breakfas it was decent as well! This hotel is definitely my go to.

Best bang for the buck! ”
I was surprised at how clean and how big the room was. It was very quiet and comfortable. The only problem is dont they to order pizza in that area, they dont have any drivers!

The hotel is close to everything as far as stores, restaurants, drugstores, and near both I-40 and i-55 interstates! Super FAST internet! Very safe location and great parking also.

Close to downtown Memphis. Staff very polite and friendly. First room hadn’t been cleaned all the way. Front desk was very nice and promptly moved us to a clean room. Would stay again. Full hot breakfast too!

First day lots of items were not replenished in a timely manner all of these were out at the same time - coffee cups, bread, meat, yogurt. Second day the 6:00am breakfast was not open until 6:30.

I think this is a fairly new hotel but as my title, zero complaints. Things were clean, easy, well lit parking, pretty good breakfast, easy check-in, good bed and shower, everything worked. Great workout facilities.

Inexpensive, still needs cleaning”
This hotel made the bold decision to have laminate floors throughout the hotel instead of carpeting. This would be fine, but they seemingly don't provide their cleaning service workers with a mop or vacuum, and instead they do a light sweep of the rooms between stays. They also don't seem to dust the rooms, either. It's cheap and has some nice amenities, but I'm not sure I'd stay there again.

This location has great potential but I wouldnt choose to stay here again. I just noticed little things like the light fixtures, shower curtain and the linen. The housekeeper was lazy, she only asked me for my dirty towels. She didnt ask me if I wanted service! She did nothing and she did not replace my towels. Overall, the staff was great!

Questionable staff”
I booked the hotel specifically because it had a bar and restaurant. I found out the bar and restaurant were closed AFTER I had checked in and taken my bags to my room. When I asked the receptionist about this 1. She blamed me and my son telling me that we were “too chatty” and “interrupting” her and so she didn’t have time to tell me the restaurant and bar were closed (at 5:15pm). So, in other words, she blamed me for her not doing her job. She was not wearing a name tag so I asked for her name 2. She refused to give me her name 3. I asked to speak to a manager. She (Katara) picked up the phone (I thought she was calling the manager) but no, I suddenly heard her talking to my son who was trying to sleep in the room and she told him that he needed to, “fetch his mother.” Katara was defensive and completely inappropriate. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The manger Lori Lucas was lovely and she saved the day, but the staff needs to be better trained there.

Stay at Radisson West Memphis”
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. First room designated for us had not been cleaned, with towels still on the floor. Second room was not much better due to many loud neighbors. We left quickly the next morning. This was not a Radisson quality facility that I have enjoyed staying at in past experiences.

I arrived at the Radisson Hotel on December 31, and when I tried to confirm my reservation I was told that do to my address in Memphis that the Hotel was unable to rent me a room. Remember the room was paid for in advance. So I asked the front desk clerk about my refund. She had told me that we don't do the refunds here you have call the booking agent
