After having traveled all day and arriving late in the evening. We could not wait to reach our hotel that had been booked a month in advance only to be told on arrival we had to stay at their sister hotel as they had some sort of fault with both of our rooms which we found had to believe. As we were very exhausted as had been travelling from London to Delhi to Jaipur we felt we did not have a option. They did not give us anything complimentary and we felt cheated as this was the hotel we had booked. We felt perhaps they thought we were not going to turn up and had probably given our rooms away.As this was a busy period.

Good Hotel”
I stayed in this hotel with my family and friends. I must say the rooms size were spacious, clean and well maintained. The only thing they need is to their food quality and quantity. We ordered many stuff but were disappointed with the quantity they served, also the taste was not great. Also, they do not serve at rooftop which was again bit disappointing as we wanted to enjoy on the rooftop. I believe, clarks Inn will find my reviews constructive.

The staff are incompetent and this led to a stressful stay. ”
The staff promised what they couldn't deliver and although the building is fine it is not a pleasant place to stay and there are much better hotels in Jaipur.

Location was the first choice and the price was reasonable even though it may not be the 4 star rating (perhap 3 to 3.5) based on the room quality but is a relatively new hotel (1 yrs old). There are few good restaurant within walking distance at Bani Park (check out at Zomato). Recommended restaurant is at the opposite hotel (Zone by the Park).

Excellent Experience”
I knew the moment i got in to the lobby i found staff very co-operative and smiling. They did our check in minutes and all our baggage went in to the rooms. Room was in excellent conditions and on top of that kids got the choice of TATA Sky kids channels. Ideally located few kms away from Pink City shopping. I should say it was memorable experience. I would like to thank agoda also for giving me a great deal. Overall recommended to all who are looking for a budget 5 star hotel.
