Decent boutique hote”
Breakfast was nice
Location was close to the main metro station. It's reasonably clean. However, there may be a huge room of improvements in the facilities, esp the bathroom ones.

Great Location, Room was Small but Clean”
close to paddington station. free coffee / tea making facility
the classic hotel was chosen primarily for its proximity to the paddington station. it was an easy 5 to 8 minutes walk. there are good choices of eating outlets nearby. the staff are friendly and helpful. although our room wasn’t ready by the time we arrived and we had to wait around 20 minutes, we were allowed to make ourselves a cup of coffee in their dining room. this didn’t bother us too much at all – i think their check-in time was 1:00pm. overall, we had a lovely six nights stay at the classic hotel during our trip to london in may 2011. the room was small – there was barely enough room for two people to comfortably move around at the same time and i had to put my medium size luggage along side the bed / against the bedside table so we would have room to move around). that said, the room was clean - fresh towels provided & bed made daily. loved the coffee / tea making facility. free wifi was good except that the connection keeps dropping off. although it would have been nice if there was a bit of a variety in the breakfast provided we still appreciated it – it was free afterall. the girls did well and we saved a couple of pounds too from not eating out : ) thank you girls! breakfast consisted of a variety of cereals, boiled eggs and bake beans, coffee & tea, apple & orange juice and fresh toasts. i believe continental breakfast is available on request. our stay had been good, i would still recommend this hotel to others.

Small compact hotel”
Easy access
Limited space to move around at this hotel. Near to Paddington tube station and Hyde Park which is what attract us to it

Great Location, Friendly Helpful Staff”
location & bargain price I paid for (the price is no more for now :)
there are alot of factors to a great hotel stay - price, location, etc; and most importantly, your expectations of the hotel before your arrival. overall i had a great stay considering the above factors. i managed to get a fantastic price which we will not see again for some time since the olympics is coming up. location - perfect via heathrow connect (around 8 quid compared to the express at 18 quid, and only 13 mins faster). advisable to take a taxi from the paddington station if you have tons of luggages. plenty of eateries/shopping around the area too. bathroom was newly renovated; tiny but ok for one; i got and helpful staff, i shall return.

Good location but small room”
Newly renowated bathroom, very nice and modern!
The location was perfect, only 5min. walk from Paddington tube station. The bathroom / toilet was newly renowated and very modern. No hairdryer or kettle, although there was supposed to be according to the hotel information. The room was clean and OK otherwise, but it was very small. We had asked for a triple but got a double where and extra bed was stuffed in! Without this extra be the room would have been OK for two for a short stay. Otherwise I think that the hotel was OK value for the money. Typical small London hotel.

Very Small Hotel”
Friendly staff
Dining area very small
The hotel is quite well located near Paddington and Edware Road. I expect many of the hotels in this area are of the same standard and size, however I would prefer next time to pay more money and stay in a larger hotel. The rooms are very small, no place to put luggage, especially if you are sharing with children. The worst was the dining room, so small that you couldn't move to eat your breakfast.Staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Classic Hotel London”
Lage
Kleines Zimmer
