SUPER BAD. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, IF U CARE FOR SOME CLASS..STAY AWAY.”

ROOMS ARE HIGHLY PRICED THAN WHAT IT SHOULD BE. NO LUXURY AS SUCH. ONLY THE TOP COTTAGE ROOMS HAVE SOME VIEW THAT MAKES U FEEL LIKE U ARE IN A HILL STATION. THE BREAKFAST WAS PATHETIC..I FOUND A DEAD FLY IN THE SAMBAAR..AND A HAIR IN THE MEDU WADAA..THE MANAGER SAYS I WILL MAKE FRESH ONE FOR YOU..SPECIALLY..(SO OTHERS ARE SUPPOSED TO EAT SHIT??) NONSENSE.. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Namaste Sir, Thank you for giving us an opportunity. Sir, you had made the reservation through online and must have certainly received online benefits, however, being highly priced is a subjective perception. Our cottages during your reservation dates were completely sold out and all our guests had a great time. We are a Nature based resort located on a hilltop at 2700 feet altitude more than 1200 ft above Lonavala having unique weather and view. Our Resort is having all amenities such as swimming pool, rain dance and the cottage allocated to you had bathtub, LED, AC cottage, tea coffee maker, electronic safe, refrigerator. We are sorry about your experience for the breakfast and our sincere apologies to you. Excellent”

The stay was on cloud 9. It was probably the most misty day but it was lovely. The food was excellent and the staff was very helpful and prompt. Would recommend this to others.
