Nice little retreat”
Just spent one night at Cloud Villa and enjoyed the atmosphere the place had offered. Their staff was very curious and helpful and the accommodations were comfortable and rooms big. Though some may find it a nuance but we were able to have our young children see the many different insects and bugs the mountain had to offer without using a text book! They enjoyed what nature had to offer and enjoyed the stay there as well. Great place to get away from it all! Loved the clean air and beautiful views first thing in the morning - and the quietness that the place had to offer.

This little hotel was ideal. Located not too far from the only 7-11 on the mountain and other restaurants. A short drive from the lalashan park where the ancient trees are. The staff was excellent and very attentive. The rooms were clean and the views of the mountains were beautiful. Stay here!

We visited for a few days in December. We are living and working in HCMC so the fresh air and mountains were a great retreat for us. Cloud Villa was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. We loved the balcony and the lobby dining area with mountain views. If you are not familiar with the area, it can be a tricky place to find, busses are infrequent. Be sure to plan your transportation ahead of visiting.

We come here by car in the darkness and it´s a little bit difficult to find, look on satellite imagery by Google before, than then you can localize it better. But: the place is very romantic and You have a overwhelming view on the nice landscape from the breakfast terrace! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. And surprice: the beds are very comfortable! We never had such before and the were the best beds on this trip. Breakfast is available vegetarian style if You tell this to the staff on arrival. We will come back on 2020 to this nice place on the hill!

The villa I provides a very nice mountain view. The rooms are spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the car park is not very big so if you are driving in the weekend, car parking can be challenging. Also, since the rooms are just adjacent to the car park and there are cats around, there might be noises at night time.

There aren't many nice villas in Lala Mountain area, but Cloud villa is one of the best. The rooms are spacious, clean and with pretty much what you would need for the stay. The breakfast is served early and only Chinese style option. The staff is very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who's planning on visiting the Lala mountain.

staff are very friendly, helpful & courteous. delicious breakfast & abundant supply of coffee (not instant ones) in the lobby, need to reserve dinner one day in advance if needed. very clean and equipped with all required amenities. good view facing the mountain (but not facing sunrise/ sunset). a bit too dry when heat is on though customers can adjust the temperature on their own. Only 2/F (4-ppl room) has private balcony. 1/F shared one big balcony with 270 degree view; only one chair inside the room but you can always sit comfortably in lobby or shared balcony with dining table; beds are low (just the mattress) and not suitable for senior people who may find it difficult to get up. During cold days, need to wait for like 5 min for hot water to deliver to the tap but no problem for continuous hot water supply afterwards. Not much restaurant options in the surrounding area during non peak season. Good place to shoot star in clear sky. Unlucky - didn't have chance to see sea of clouds

Some Facilities are good, Staff are friendly, but poor in Maintenance”
What a good scene. The facilities in excellent at first glance, but the detail or maintenance is not so good. We saw several caterpillars in room, even in a wooden bathtub. A centipede was also found under the roof. That was really awful and scared my family. Even though the weakness, the scene is perfect. If you are a bird-watcher, you can see many kinds of birds through the window in the room. The villa doesn't provide dinner, and you have to eat downtown or order in.
