Impressive! We really love this hotel!!”
This hotel is beyond my expectations. I prepared myself to a lousy inn because cingjing is a mountainous area and there are no 5 stars accommodation like hotel here. Cloudshometown is the closest to a hotel i can find with an elevator in it. When we checked in at night, the lady staff was super friendly, helpful, explained to us very clear and kind. The place is so pretty, clean and has 5 star hotels standard. They have huge japanese room that suits family. Breakfast is also delicious. Seriously guys you have to stay here in cingjing very very good!!

Wish i could keep this hotel a little secret always”
Pros - one of the best accommodation options available in the cingjing area - we were greeted with utmost hospitality from the hotel staff, all were very friendly and helpful, and provided very helpful information during our stay - the room we stayed at had a great view of sunset; we had the best time sunset watching for consecutive two evenings in a row. Took a lot of photos for memories. - cannot find anything wrong with the room or to complain about the room - room was very clean and i felt no discomfort with the cleanliness at all - staff was very attentive and responded very fast with our requests during the stay, we couldnt have asked for more Cons - if we had to, is the coldness in winter. Sorely cold. We had two heaters on but to no avail, we were still shivering. Off the ventilator, but still doesnt help. Staff was very kind to offer another heater but the power kept tripping when we on a 3rd heater. So we had to make do with only two. I hope no one knows about this accommodation so we could always get a room if we are visiting. But at the same time, i hope more people will get to know this gem around cingjing! Great Place, Great Staff”
Everything was for our complete satisfaction. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was nice and to to eat breakfast in your own room (we ate on the big balcony) is really great with enjoying the nice views. and cool air. Upon arrival we had a nice and refreshing welcome drink, followed by a natural spectacle, which justifies the name of the hotel. All in all, very recommendable and we'll ne back in the future.

The location and the view make this a unique property. Rooms are modern and very clean, including a terrace in the one we booked. Good breakfast. The staff is friendly and service is great. It is a pity there is no lunch or dinner in house, but is easy to order delivery. We Highly recommend it.

Friends on the hills”
We stayed for a night at this hotel, that felt very cozy during the cold weather. Parking was a little tricky because the hotel is located on a hill, so you have to maneuver through a narrow uphill road to reach the parking lot that was pretty tight to park into. There was also fog and rain during our stay, which made it harder to drive up, so be aware of weather conditions. The rooms were alright, we stayed in a double room and a family room. The family room as really spacious, even with a backyard space. The double room was tighter, but the space was enough. Cleanliness-wise, the rooms were pretty good. The outdoor spaces outlooking the mountain view was a little old and rusty, it could use some maintenance. Otherwise, the view was pretty incredible. The included breakfast came in a set, not buffet style. It was made very nicely and felt very quaint eating in the dining tables at the lobby area.

Hotel is clean and tidy makes you feel comfortable when staying and the perfect view from the hotel. A few things perhaps need refinement are lack of sockets and pillows might be too soft.

Plus: hotel view was excellent. Facing the lake! Staff was friendly. Claire was so helpful as she was the only one who can speak English. Minus: Hotel was far from main attraction. Bus stop was not near either. No seven eleven nearby. Muslim will have a hard time staying at this hotel.

Very nice place for quiet retreat. We like to be away from crowded hotel so this place gave us the feel of retreat. There is a steep sloping road that goes up to the hotel to/from the main road, and a stairway with gentle steps is provided for patrons to walk. Walking this slope is beautiful, you get to smell the fresh air with smell from the trees and fauna, the view is wonderful too, the lake could be seen beyond. The only setback is the distance to places of attraction. A short trip by taxi cost a fix fare of NT300. But we discover the use of public bus (Nantou bus) at designated bus stop. One nearby this hotel.They have a fix timing so if your time is right try using it. Cost only NT20-30 per pax depending where you alight. If you missed the schedule, waiting time could be between half hour to 1 hour to the next timing. Go online to see the bus schedule. Alternative choice is to walk. Took us 40mins to walk from Swiss garden to hotel and we enjoyed the exercise.

This hotel has really nice sunset view. The room is very clean, big and comfortable. The breakfast is really nice and big portion. There is no dinner served in this hotel which I personally think it is okay as it keeps the reception area really clean. It is worth to stay!
