Polite staffs
The color of the sand/pebbles are not appealing.

Weekend well spent
the staff makes the resort very enjoyable. they are all nice. we enjoyed our stay. i requested for rooms in the higher floor and they were able to provide me these rooms. the view of taal volcano is breathtaking, as always. just one glitch though, i paid for extra persons but the amenities were not automatically given, until i requested them (toiletries, etc.). overall, we would love to stay again, and again :)

Staff were not organized
We had a late check-in because they had a problem with housekeeping. They kept us waiting and standing in line for 3 hours. The staff were accommodating but they were not organized. They offered a late check-out but we don't have the time to do so. We also went to the reception to ask for a theeapist. The receptionist said that he will notify us if there was an available therapist but he never notified us. The therapist arrived though, but we did not avail the service anymore as we were already sleeping. The facilities were good. The rooms are spacious. The food is good.

Not Worth The Price (Improve on your Customer Service)
It's disappointing, knowing most of my friends said that it's a nice place to stay. The view, our room and the pools were great but the service is poor. You should improve on your check-in process especially during peak days. Most of the customers were in irate mode due to the long queue and process. Waiters on the restaurant were not good in attending to the customers. Food is pricey but not delicious. The place is huge and there's no free service to the customers. There's bicycle but you have to rent for it. Overall it's quite okay but not worth it's price.

Superior Room with View
Stayed one night in September 2016
Nice place for a weekend getaway
We had a wonderful stay. My only comment is the room capacity. We actually get 2 superior rooms with view and 1 superior room. The room is really spacey and the 2 beds are large. The room was enough to accomodate even 4 adults, however, only 2 adults and 2 children were allowed. You have to pay 1,500 for every excess of the room capacity which i think is not practical for us if we travel with all adults. they should just allow 4 adults in a room and just charge extra if the 2 adults avail of the free breakfast buffet. Also, i think the cost of water sports are a kinda expensive.
